Diony was a super host, resolved all problems we might have and was super friendly. Showed us around the property, walked us to the beach. The room was very nice too, clean kitchen and good utensils. Would fuly recommend to come here and would definitely would like to come back. Good walking distance from the beach with amazing waves.

One of the flaws (not fault of Hooked, which they also told us) it’s that for you to come back need a taxi or car cause at night it’s extremely dark and it could dangerous.

We rented a family room and it’s was very comfortable. I loved that it was simple but nice. I need to highlight that I communicated my allergies situation and they changed the pillows and clean very nicely for me to be feel like home. The treatment was warn and friendly. The common areas are perfect for family or a group of friends. If you’re a surfer it’s perfect for you cause it’s near the Encuentro Beach and you’ll also have places like Plaza Encuentro, Food Park Encuentro and a Colmado. We’ll definitely come back! Highly recommend it.

The location was good for surfing at Encuentro beach. It was clean with a relaxing atmosphere.

Hooked is so comfortable and in a beautiful setting. I loved my apartment and especially the little patio with a hammock and table to sit at. Walter and Jeanette were the best hosts, so kind, offering to drive me to the store/restaurants and checking in without being intrusive.

Everything was perfect, the host was amazing and extremely helpful and great. The place was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a short walk from the surf beach. The place itself was really clean with a nice terrasse, outside area and a pool, very relaxing. Every place has its own kitchenette

Babette, the owner was absolutely amazing from the start to the end of our trip. We were 4 girls travelling around the country and she helped us get from the bus top to the hotel, made sure we were able to get food from the local supermarket and arranged travel to our next destination. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfect for relaxing or as a base for everything cabarete has to offer such as surfing. there’s a BBQ for everyone to use, laundry, a pool and the beach is a short walk away as well as a food truck market up the road. Would stay here again and thanks so much for your hospitality!

This place has a real carribbean vibe, the children loved the pool! We loved the garden! Its close to Cabarete beach and kite beach, but it’s outside of Cabarete in a calm and quiet area! Here you can hear the nature!

Nothing bad to mention

The location is unreal, a beautiful walk to the beach where all the waves are. The sea is so warm, surfing in a swimsuit was such a treat. Babette our host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed- which was alot as we were travelling with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. The accommodation was enclosed, which was perfect for small children. Short taxi trip to caberete where there are loads of bars and lovely resteraunts on the beach. Or coconuts resteraunt was also lovely, just a short walk across the beach from hooked. Perfect spot for a family surfing holiday. Thank you so much Babette, Felix and team

Amazing stay at Hooked! We were hosted by Babette who is a very nice and attentive person. We felt at our ease immediately. The room was very spacious and the bed huge which is a good thing when your toddler is sleeping with you :) Kitchen corner is very well furnished, you can properly cook there! The terrace and hamac were very cool. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool very nice. Surroundings are amazing !

I loved the property! It was a little secluded which was a benefit but also made things a challenge too. It all worked out perfectly and the host was incredibly helpful!

It is a lovely place to stay with nice equipped apartment rooms. Babette, who manages the place, was great. She took care of everything and was always available. Even though I travelled alone I met very nice people there, so it feels like family.
