We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Statesthe resort is HUGE and takes forever to get around. We probably spent 2+ hours per day of our vacation just getting around from our room to the pools and back (for example). You'll probably spend at least 30 minutes getting to the restaurants or main boardwalk (where most of the restaurants and entertainment are located) each and every meal. Expect more time depending which of the countless huge buildings your room is located. They do have a guest trolley system that is efficient and works well, but it's still a lengthy endeavor to do something as simple as get from your room in building 8C to the beach or pools. Seriously, bring walking shoes. It's HUGE.

United StatesThe room air conditioner was not working properly. We were told twice they were sending someone but never came. There were roaches in the hallways. One day it rained a lot and they had buckets around the area to pick up the water falling from the ceiling.

United StatesI didn’t like that there are not many indoor options for adults to lounge, listen to music and drink besides the casino. It is a family resort so I understand that, but I wish more of the night activities were more adult oriented.
I liked the room and its amenities. I liked the many options for pools and the beach setup. Also, easy access to many of the bars.

United StatesFood wasn’t great, unless you went to one of the ones you had to pay for. The Brazilian restaurant is so hot it’s uncomfortable to eat there they also only had 2 cuts of meat and was either raw or over cooked. The lighting in the room is awful it’s like a dungeon and the AC wouldn’t stay cool. No flexibility we booked a wine tasting for Wednesday and we missed it due to illness from the weather and they were not willing to give me a credit

Food was delicious, and there were variety of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. Comfy as well. The pools were amazing. But the walking distance from my room to the pool was quite long, there was transfer service but I couldn’t make it on time.

United StatesOn Tour Transport service that Hard Rock uses from the airport to the hotel is horrible!! Don’t use it. Impanima restaurant was horrible. Only two guy walking around with meat sticks for a whole 100 seat restaurant. By the time they come by with sqewers your full from the food from the buffet by the time the next cut of meat comes around. There are workers and their golf carts all over the driving all over the guest walkways. I think hotel should have service roads for workers. I think Hard Rock Punta Cana food is a bit lackluster. It can use international consultants to teach the resorts chef how to cook their internationally tailored Foods. It’s a 4 star property at best that can use a little American Hard Rock Hotel management. People serving food need to wear gloves when handling food.
The property was great. Pools were awesome. Room service was great. Toro restaurant was good House cleaning takes care of your room everyday and do a good job. Yuo Yuo Asian restaurant is good Minibar service was on point. Room provided by hotel was right by the pools and beaches.

ChileService and organization. We reserve a concierge room and on the 4th day after we claim, the assistance appear. Air conditioner didn't work, housekeeping really slow they made the room after 18pm and we had to change the liners because they smell a lot.
Facilities are great, main lobby, restaurants, pools and beach was wonderful. Huge hotel, really good.

It’s ok offering the discounts, packages, etc, but it’s not comfortable when they keep offering things after you said no many times.

Our outside taxi left us because we got there 30!min late maneuvering to get there after learning checkout was at a different location from checking in .
