We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe food consistency in market could have been better breakfast and dinner. Many items out of stock for dinner at 8.30pm. No grated parmesan cheese for pasta, no fettucine, no shrimp for pasta ect However service was very attentive. Ipanema Restaurant also a bit disappointing little choice and flavors were not there. Also very dark and gloomy The snacks by the beach and pool were great though. And the bartenders also great. Check in process was quite serious no warmth from agent.

On 2 occasions on hold for over 25 minutes, ran out of toilet paper, no refills of fridge for water. on one occasion the room was not picked up and prepared for the new day, when asked why they said they had no idea, but maybe because too many customers had checked in during the day. Totally unacceptable
Room large, entertainment options, sauna area, gym and beach n pool access great. The staff at market was excellent except 1 time, chef denied my son a hamburger and it was 3:50, 10 minutes prior to closing for the day.

United StatesIs overrated, to expensive for what it was, i stay in others resort and this one didnt surprise me, again, overrated, facility is to big, entertainment was more american than anything, when u just trying to get out of american issues, .... i felt i was in the floridas keys.... i think if u get out of the US to another country is to get another culture and knowledge.... Food was really good but, lol but is the same level as others resort, dont think u gonna get lobster and fillet minon.... I almost forgot, my shower didnt work, 😂😂 had to wait till next day for maintenance come and fix it, by the way very respectful people.. i can add more lol..very disappointed with this hotel... Since its a hard rock i was expecting more
