EgyptThe room was dusty and not as clean as I would have expected. The hotel room was a bit old. I also would have liked to have more typical food of the country. The food was delicious though.
The staff was so sweet and amazing. I can’t rave about them enough. The guys by the pool at the bar were sweet with my son attentive and truly did their best to make all of us happy. They were also very funny. There was a woman during meals who always came to check on my nonverbal son to see if he needed anything. They were super sweet and couldn’t rave enough about the staff.

United StatesWell, practically everyday I had to call the front desk. I had to call for bath gel, for shampoo, towels and had a leaking coming from the bathroom ceiling.we can not go to the beach because it had a lot of jellyfish. I was bitten.
The food was good, the jacuzzi, the pool, the entertainment and activities. Nice and helpful staff.

Food overall was ok at best Need more clarity between adult side of the hotel and family side of the hotel. Example activities and how one has to pay to go visit the adult side

MaltaIts not a proper 5 star hotel – bar closes at 11pm, shower in bath, bathroom doors rotting, a/c old and noisy, cools just. We stayed at 4 hotels, while in the Dominican Republic and saved this one for last since it was the most expensive. It badly needs renovation, we moved room 5 times until we were put in 1 with every thing working. A typical palm beach, however, the sea is never clear it varies from a dark/green soup colour to blueish and there are many patches of slimy mud & rocks on the bottom. No this hotel does not make the grade, we went to 3 better and they were all cheaper in price and at better sites.
Food is good and the La Carte restaurants are better than most. Staff are brilliant, helpful and mostly always smiling.

GermanyUpon arrival, the room a/c was not working and it took them 24 hours to get us to a different room. A/C problems on the other room too. Be aware that the advertised location is misleading. This hotel is not in La Romana, but in a secluded place like 20 miles away called Nueva Romana. The beach is not very nice. The nighly entertainment is not at par with others in the area, Punta Cana, etc.
Staff in general provided great, amicable service. They go the extra mile to fulfill the guest's needs. Food was somewhat better than expected. Pool area was clean and nicely kept. Took a golf class with a good and cordial pro.

As someone who work in hotels for the last 5 years, boutique hotels and 5 stars hotels. I got to say I’m surprised! The food was surprisingly very good!!!! In the buffet and in the restaurants of the hotel. All of the staff are very kind, nice and helpful I want to thank to everyone and especially darliana and heury from guest service who took care of everything I asked for. Ronal from the front desk who helped me to get my medications on time with pleasure and a big smile! Also drabi, Alejandro, aldo and the rest of the front desk staff who was always helpful and with a big smile. Camili and margarita from housekeeping who were so nice and adorable:) Jose and Francisco from the itailian restaurant, and Juan from the French restaurant - serve with a smile and small talks which is very important. And the one and only - my favorite - Alfred Bautista :) Keeps the energy high in the sky Always here to help with a smile Thank you all for making my time in the DR unforgettable!!! I will be back soon. I promise ♥️

United Statesthe rains ruined the beach while we were there so that was disappointing, but not their fault. The rooms do look a little worn out and might need a touch up. There was a lack of communication resources, we never knew when the pool/beach grill opened or closed.
Service was good, kid friendly, pool was nice, small and easy to walk around, buffet had good options, the a la carte restaurants were really good. The spa was really nice. They also had a lot of activities during the day and at night to entertained us.

JamaicaFood, while in large quantity; was really bland, couldn't eat anything (and enjoy it) after day 3... alcohol.... not what I'm used to, the type i liked you had to pay extra for (not apart of the all inclusive experience) but it was an above average resort. Quite a distance from the airport but a fun ride... Beach huugggeeee but was always brown water (never clear blue and beautiful)... place was also filled with large flies and mosquitoes...
Staff and facilities were great, property huge and clean and well worth the vacation. There were a few staff that stood out on our stay, primarily buffet staff that went out of their way to make stay one we will never forget and for that we are forever grateful...
