I didn't like the food much. I didn't like how far my room was from the front desk. The gym was also very small.

I like the pools and the shuttle busses. The beds on the beach were also nice.

We didn't like the room it was dirty and smells berry bad it was humidity in everywhere the air conditioner didn't work it was horrible .we asked for other room but was the same, but because outside was so nice we stayed there .

A lot of it needs upgrading (fresh paint, etc) but nonetheless it was beautiful. The lack of variety in alcohol brands was a major bummer. We understand that house brand alcohol is a big thing at all-inc resorte, but we would have been willing to pay for top shelf alcohol. The food selection was ok, got the job done but wasn’t stellar.

Loved the access to the other resorts, our room was great and our view was even better! For the most part staff was friendly and the overall look and size of the resort was super nice.

Food and drinks were okay. We were forced to eat at restaurants we didn’t want to because we needed reservations. All buffets were basically the same. Bars were disappointing as well. They use syrup instead of real juice. I ordered a rum and chinola and the bartender started to pour syrup into the drink?? In country where fresh juices are so accessible. I got a very cheap vibe from this place. Unfortunately, will not be coming back or suggesting to others.

I have been to this property before the Covid pandemic and it was much better. This trip had a few changes for the worse. The 25 minutes to be checked into our room was horrible and we were the only ones being checked in at the time. In the past they offered a beverage upon arrival. Not this time and you cannot go to the bar that is 100' away until you have your resort bracelet on. They no longer have a full resort beach party on Sundays, which had just about any type of food you want and huge show with 50+ dancers on a runway style stage and a enormous jumbo tron. At the end of the show, there use to be fireworks as well. All of this was the reason I book my trip this year to start on a Sunday. The wait staff in the restaurants were not very attentive to bring water or other beverages after the first one despite the obvious overstaffing. They were mostly just laughing and hanging out. The water and soda in the restaurants was kept in the workers only areas so I couldn't fill my glass up myself either. The temperatures were 90 F degrees or higher all 3 days. There are several restaurants on the property that require reservations however, during the check-in process this information was not given nor is it in the room. You need to go to the restaurant to be turned away. Then go to guest services to be told to come back tomorrow and they will assist you. The Junior Suite that we stayed is a larger room than the standard. The air conditionaire was not able to be changed below 74 F in our room or in 3 other rooms that I spoke to other guests as well. The rooms have connecting doors to the adjoining room and they are not even close to lowering sounds from tvs or noisy neighbors to acceptable levels. All of this said, it is a shame the resort made so many changes and have not continued some from before the pandemic. This resort was good before and I reccommended it to many people in the past.

The property was clean and the workers at the bars were quick and friendly. The swimming pools were great but not enough shade in mid day sun.

The room was very messed up, a lot of water was coming out from somewhere and the whole room was all wet, the food was nasty and didn't have any taste and there was not many good options. Also the activities during the night were a mess and it was not interesting to watch. The only 2 buffet that you can go without reservation are not worthy. The resort is huge and it is hard to find a shuttle bus that can take you to the places. It was really a bad experience for me. I didn't enjoy it.

The room was 2 Cold , and no.remote control . When.it was turned off the watet driped on the bathroom floor, the bathroom window could b opened from the outside and the sliding Belconey hv a bad locking slide lock Problem with the door lock .The bed is broke and it was uncomfortable.
