Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Dominican RepublicThe hotel charged for parking that was a not nice surprise. We could hear the noises from the street although we were in the 16th floor... The bathroom lack of some things. The shower was licking water from above, very uncomfortable.
The view is incredible, we had two windows with sea view! We had our coffee at the room enjoying the view. Service was really good! comfortable bed and great AC Breakfast was very complete and great service!

United StatesMy first room bathroom needed a little maintenance..which they tried to fix very quickly but I would prefer if they don't do repairs during my vacation time. Eventually they changed me to a room with a perfectly working bathroom!
The location is great. The ocean front room..view is fantastic. Staff is very helpful...especially our housekeeping lady.

FranceThe receptionist that checked me in and the fact that the mini bar was closed but yet still I had to leave a $200 deposit and once that $200 was up I had to use my cc which I did not want to do. Plus my boyfriend left 1 day before me but we still had to pay the city tax for the night he was not there. English is spoken by SOME of the staff but not really understood. The air conditioning was so noisey and if u are a light sleeper do not take a room that faces the street, because you will hear everything. The air conditioning was also sweeting and water was dropping onto the carpet. Great hotel but needs refurbishing.
Everything thing and all the staff except the receptionist at my arrival. Shout out to Karla at the restaurant and all the restaurant staff, shout outs to the bellboys and a very big shout out to my room attendant. Listen all the staff. This hotel is nice for just relaxing which was my goal for this trip. The view of the Ocean from the bed and the entire room was exceptionnel.

PhilippinesWhen I opened the faucet of the bathtub, rust water came out. Needed to wait few minutes before it clears up. Parking for inhouse guests is not free, a charge DOP250 is applied - kind of a bad taste for a hotel at this level. They don't accommodate early check in at all. Ah, for the breakfast area - make sure not to wear anything for work or outfits because you will smell like grease.
Location with ocean view is good. Breakfast offers a wide selection of items. Nice pool. Lobby ambiance is good. Room rates are quite good in some days.

United Statesthe malecón is across the street but there is always lots of traffic. its almost impossible to cross the street because there is no traffic light. also they never play latin music it makes you feel like you are in New York or some where in Europe. my toilet was broken when we arrive but they fixed it fast.
