We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis place has great potential, however, the rooms and bathroom in the rooms are just screaming for an upgrade. The rooms are old and have a funky smell to them. Eventually, the odor either goes away or you just get used to it. There were cockroaches and water bugs in the halls, and it can get pretty loud and/or noisy when you're trying to sleep. The beach is small and not very kid friendly. It gets pretty deep pretty quick.
The views are beautiful. We witnessed some beautiful sunsets here. The dining area is also very nice, and the food was pretty decent. The staff was nice. The pools with the ocean view were amazing. Our family had a great time. The crowd tends to be a bit ghetto, BUT... ironically, it allows you to just relax, have a good time and be yourself. This place has great potential.

United StatesThe first room I was placed in was not to my liking , I saw stains on the bed and honestly freaked out because I believe there were bed bugs in the first room they had given me.
I loved the scenery, the staff were very friendly and the food selection wasn’t too bad for a resort. I appreciate that the staff would try and fix any issues that you may experience.

United StatesThe food was ok. We had traveled around the country and eaten good Dominican food. At the buffets here, it was a more cafeteria quality, but then again, there was a lot of food! Wifi was not included, but even after we paid for it, it didn't work in our room. I had a conference call at 4 am and had to go out to the pool area to connect to the wifi.
Older property, but pools were nice with plenty of tanning beds. The small ones by the cliffs were a really great feature! Grounds and room were kept clean. Reception staff, cleaners, wait staff and activity coordinators were very nice and helpful. Overall a nice experience.
