Rooms don't cancel out outside noise. Parking was a little complicated because people didn't park properly. A parking sign could've helped. The only thing missing was a pool.

Great value for money. Staff was super friendly.

Didn't have a mini fridge, or microwave. My car was collisioned on the Parking lot, and nobody saw anything, maybe more security.

I love that is in front of the beach, the food is great, and the staff is very nice.

The food felt a bit expensive, it felt like there were better options in town or nearby restaurants, we had a room with a beach view but the beach view was covered by trees. The room also didn't have a friend which I found to be really inconvenient

The location was fantastic, right close to Playa Bonita, restaurants and walking distance to the main part of town. The area by the beach was also really nice

The quality of the premises: room expensive for the quality and use of the furniture and no decoration at all, access to the beach, prices at the restaurant. A small bottle of water costs more then 10US$, this is way too expensive.

The room illumination is very deficient and the bed weren't comfortable. The bathroom is the worst, there aren't place to put normal stock that everyone uses on the bathroom (toothbrush, dental paste, deodorant, etc.) The toilet seat was crooked and the garbage bin couldn't been open because it doesn't have enough space. The breakfast was ok, the beacon were overcooked and personally I didn't like the peppers on the scramble eggs. There aren't enough mats on the beach garden. The clean personal didn't speak Spanish, neither English.

At night there is nobody to help in case of emergency. There is a security guard that does not speak English or Spanish. In formation of a local 24 hours clinic or a good hospital is need it.

Breakfast was the traditional Dominican breakfast. Location was good and Marie was very personal about the overall experience. We understood they are working hard to improve some little details .

The room was a bit basic, no tv and simple amenities. Wifi was variable in the public areas, better in the rooms :)

The mattresses were not very good, but the rooms were clean and neat, accessibility wasn't good at all but we managed it.

The curb appeal of the outside of that actual buildings could be better but the inside of rooms were decent and the grounds out front were lovely. Beds were a little hard for our liking.

Breakfast was decent and you should ask for what you want if it's not on the buffet table. We ordered omelettes. The room was decent. The lights down the hall to get into our room were not working. Was very dark entering but we just used the light on our phone and it was fine.

I would not say " I did not like" but the shower faucet was a little damaged, my husband sort of made it work for us. And also, the mosquitoes were killing us. Not that they could do much about it, but there's gotta be a way to make it more comfortable for the guests while staying there.

Everything was lovely, The service and attentions were exceptional !! Victor should get a raised because he was wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay there.

There is some stuff that can be added to the room to improve the experience, for example the room that we had only had a mirror in the bathroom one big mirror inside the room would be perfect, there was no TV in the room, this could add more value to the room since there is not much to do at night after 10 pm since majority of the places are about to close, also the bathroom didn't have any hangers for the towels or wet clothes.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they always check on you and make sure you have everything you need, something that we appreciate was the recommendations about the beach, the lady at the check in guided us to a great spot to watch the sunset.

I came expecting what we got so no complaints!

The included breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Location is great. Room is comfy once you get the AC running. Very hot without.
