We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesShower flooding the bathroom, hot water in one room would not get hot. Switched us to another room and the bottom lock did not work so they had to break in the door and change the knob. still had the same shower problem. sheets had mold on them.

United StatesDidn´t like Punta Cana and the lack of easy accessibility to the beaches unless you are staying at a resort. They really make it difficult to the locals to access their own beaches, to accommodate the tourists. Glad that in other locations in Dominican Republic that´s not the case.
Excellent breakfast selection and made to order. Fresh fruits, coffee and natural juices. Comfortable bed and the air conditioner working to perfection. Parking available in the front. Nice restaurants next door. Great business downstairs to cater to your beauty needs.

United StatesOur room didnt have towels, when we asked, theygave us left over towels (with holes on them!). Water came out of the shower getting all the floor dirty. Breakfast is offered but there's not enough room to sit even 1/3 of the guests in the hotel, making it very un organized.
Staff is kind and try to accomodate and help as much as possible but they dont have the right tools to help clients. Bed was comfortable and location is great!

Czech RepublicThe receptionist couldnt care less when arrived but showed me the room and the water machine when I asked about hot water for a tea. The room was ok but showed signs of use and the towels were stained . The windows led to Avenida Alemania and it got busy and noisy by around 6 am. The wifi was only available right behind the door but not on the bed and or the bench, for example. I think that the rating of the hotel and the price I paid are not equivalent to what I got, but I chose it for the proximity to the Impressive because thats where I was going to stay for the next week.
The nicest part of the hotel is the breakfast zone. A decent wifi and the breakfast was tasty but they didnt have milk for the coffee, although I came in quite early (eight-ish). And an extra point for the cold/hot water machine available for the guests

Czech RepublicThe guys at the reception are unbeliavable. One is completely clueless and the other one ignorant. You complation about something and he answers from the couch that it will be fixed in 10 minutes. 3 hours later he look at you like you are crazy and you never asked him in the first place. Other than that he lies down on the couch and playing on his phone the whole time. No towels in the room, no toilet paper, no hot water. Bathroom smelled awful! The internet was working just sometimes.
The only good thing about the hotel was very nice cleaning lady and the girl at the reception, who tried to be helpful.

United StatesThe lights didn't work, the night staff was extremely rude. The hotel doors lock at 10pm (I suspect that they lock them because the front desk dallies off elsewhere and can't keep watch, this sucks for those who actually want to go out and experience the night life as you cannot get back in until someone comes back to the desk), and the showers were broken. We would go swimming everyday and everyday there would be another excuse as to why we were not able to relocate to another room. You might as well spend a few extra bucks at another hotel because this one really isn't worth a single dollar.
Breakfast was good and fresh. Few of the staff members were very friendly - the breakfast team in specific. The location was decent and somewhat close to the beach... you just have to walk down a very busy street which if you are a young woman or girl I would not recommend going alone.

United Arab Emiratesthe management cannot advice you on any tours and transportation, they seam clueless. the bathrooms are not clean so well and they didn’t refill shampoo. no toiletries and towels are not changed often. expect time for breakfast preparation so go early if you are taking a tour
can walk to the beach and to coffe area with restaurants.. secure place to avoid all inclusive resorts. the bedrooms are spacious and an area to work if you bring laptop as away from party area.
