We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I PAID FOR. HONESTLY IT WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED AND THE STAFF WAS REALLY NICE. I WAS ALONE AND ALL I NEEDED WAS A SPACE TO SLEEP AND DRINK. PERSONALLY I FELT SAFE. THERES A BUT, I GO TO DETROIT, CHICAGO, CLEVELAND,GARY FOR WORK AND I LIVE IN TOLEDO. SO IM USED TO THE ENVIRONMENT.

GuadeloupeThere was a little inconvenience the last night that got me a little worried, but i believe it comes with the location, boca chica was fun but i believe it wont be everybody's cup of tea ,other than that the staff was really nice, I'll definitely be back.
The room is really spacious, it's really close to the beach, the hotel's bar/restaurant serves delicious food, the servers are really great, we never had to wait for too long to get served. Also really good price , i was impressed There's a security guard at night, the location is safe

Everything. The location away from the beach is perfect and it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are many restaurants, bars and corner shops close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

United StatesHotel is relatively new, and still has some work on their infrastructure to be performed. Room closet was nice size, but no clothes hanger (pole) to hang anything. Of my 4 day stay, had to ask at least one time (day) if housekeeper would be coming to room to replace towels, etc., so they might want to tweak that, as it was 4:40 pm & no one had been to service room yet. Not disastrous, but just nice when you don't have to ask.
Provided breakfast was good. Room was good size and layout. Bar downstairs was also nice & staff at bar/restaurant were attentive.
