Check in staff was so rude and unhelpful. The pool is tiny and there's only 1 real pool. Why??

1. Room could be cleaner. I think the cleaning staff missed on bathroom when preparing the room. Had to clean it ourselves as we didn’t want to waste time explaining what’s wrong. 2. I wish staff was smiling more. It feels they don’t like their job. I hope it’s because it’s very hot and they are tired and not because they are paid really low. They smiled when we tipped them. 3. Check in process took too long. Our room wasn’t ready at 15. No apologies were offered. 4. I wish there were bathrobes in the room.

1. It’s very green, beautiful landscapes. It feels like u live in a botanical garden. 2. Beach is amazing and we were lucky with lack of sea weed. 3. Food was good, but it’s hard to book restaurants if u stay for a few nights only.

Most of the staff is quite rude, unless you tip them they don't listen to you and have a dismissive behavior, it seems that they don't want to work in this place. The only exception is the staff at the pool bar. The facilities are very nice but lack maintenance, the paint is lifted, the pool is missing tiles, the facilities look very worn and full of mosquitoes. The Italian restaurant and the sushi restaurant are of low quality, you can find better food in the buffets.

I really like the confort of the room, the buffet restaurants and the beach its beautuful.

Air conditioning was making loud noises. Wifi was terrible and not working for 80% of the time there. Staff was uninterested , and not kind or polite . 6/7 days there was a seaweed in the sea and it was just disgusting. I know its not hotels fault , it's just pretty disappointing when we booked this hotel because of good reviews saying the beach is pristine.

Proximity to the beach, train system, rooms were spacious clean and modern Drinks! Piña coladas were amazing Paellas were delicious Asian restaurants exceeded our expectations, food was stunning!

Many of the staff they have seem to be bored at closing time and they don't treat Latinos as well, which is something that is sad for not all of the staff.

Take long time for the personalized meals on buffet : omelette line, pasta line, steak line, crepe line, run out of Nutella. Specialized restaurants are very difficult to book, you have to do it 24 hr in advance (so the first day more sure is going to be buffet dinner). From 3 nights we could only book 1, was good Teppanyaki(hibachi) Japanese style. Staff not as friendly as I remember from others staying DR (everyone is expecting to be tipped. Night entertainment was also basic,not big shows or amphitheater like other resorts. No disco or nightclub. Beverages are very basic, not great mixology. Poor beer selection. No premium liquor selection. Local brand Classico sucks. Pool is small and shallow (less 4 feet deep) Family side Good for families with small kids <10 y/o Adults exclusive area good for couples. Not good hotel for adolescents.

It’s the Caribbean and is hot, but Room is comfortable, excellent A/C, spacious, include minibar and very clean. Buffet food is very diverse. Nice coffee shop. Entertainment crew very nice and cheerful. 24 hr food and drink available.

My only disappointment was the lack of entertainment. There wasn't much group activities to do each day. There was minimal night time entertainment.

The resort was lovely!! Room was very nice . Food was good and beach was excellent!! I enjoyed the variety of restaurants to eat at and the variety of food at the buffets!! The shops were nice.

AC in the room did not work until the last day of our stay. More attention to these maintenance issues would make a huge difference.

The staff always had a bad face on and just a bad attitude everyday. When you would ask them for anything they seemed very bothered by this, and it took a long time for them to get you anything.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The food and drinks are OK. Lots of restaurants I think 14. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel is quiet.

Our room had some ac issues, but maintenance helped us a couple of times. Still didn’t get quite cold enough but it was tolerable. Mosquitoes were bad, but I think that was just the time of year and it had not rained in several weeks.

Everything was gorgeous! The grounds were very nice and well maintained! Staff was incredibly kind and the food was excellent!

The towels were clean but old they really needed to change them. The room had an awful humid smell, we couldn't sleep so we asked if they could help with that and they put a humidifier in both rooms... and that helped tremendously. The smell went away. It's very confusing how to make reservations on the app, and the wifi was horrible.

The food was good, not great, but good... It's not as horrible as the reviews say. The room was comfortable. The resort had lots of foliage .. peacocks and ducks walked freely. The beach was beautiful.

The hotel is not clean. The floor is engord, a lot of insects in the restaurant, the employees are unpolite. It is my worst all inclusive experience. For exemple, sparking water they gave just for who give tips. The beer was hot and they never give you a bottle of soda ir water. The gave a glass full os ice and nothing of drink inside the glass. In the restaurant, if you give tips, the food arrive quick. Ir not, it is necessary order 5 times to receive the wrong plate.

The restaurant is dirty. There are Cockroaches and flies walking above the food. The employees see and do not do anything. My family had feed intoxication.

Well the cleanest, the bathrooms are icky they need to maintain all of the bathrooms though out the hotel clean . Especially in rooms . The water in the shower overflows …😢

The property is beautiful but is so big you have to wait for taxis in the location they say and sometimes is confusing.

I don't like the maintenance of the room, at first the air didn't work well, we were left without amenities, they also left a chair in front of the room the entire time we were there.

The service itself is good especially the food was very delicious, but I wish they would improve the drinks a little.

The buffet food was not great my hotel room had mold on the couch. So we moved rooms. The new room had gnats in the bathroom and the room was always damp the bathroom ceiling was falling in
