Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slept very well, quiet, bed comfortable. Lots of information in the entry for things to go see. Location was near all the major sites and easy to walk to. Room was a little small, but functional.

The best things about this place are probably 1. Location (walkable to many places of attraction in CPH; many eating places around, and a budget supermarket just 3 min away; probably safe to walk back to even in the dark) 2. Price, COMPARATIVE to what's available in expensive Copenhagen! Beyond that, it's quite a "budget" hotel in that its rooms are small (good enough, and quite clean), no phone, nothing on the sink besides one paper cup, no fridge or safe, no bathroom mat, no hair conditioner, no electric kettle or tea/coffee, no cleaning service unless you ask). Lots of rooms, lots of travelers. Over all, it's still a goof place I guess, given the above 2 big reasons... but leaving some details for those who might expect more for the price. Staff were pleasant too. Thank you!

United KingdomThe hotel is large and our room was a fair walk from the lift / stairs so takes 5mins to get to reception. The rooms are all identical on the 3rd floor and all beds are doubles but up against the window. So to get out of bed one person needs to climb over the other.

IrelandThere is no room cleaning! We stayed for 4 nights and bins weren't emptied or clean towels provided at any point. There was no soap in the container by the sink so we had to use the shower soap. There are no other toiletries provided. There is a charge for luggage storage which I have never come across in a hotel before, also a maximum size of lockers which could be a problem for .some guests. Pillows were far to big for me but I do like a very flat pillow so that's a personal issue.
Excellent location, lovely reception area where you can consume your own food & drink. The rooms are tiny, but that is made very obvious on the hotel website photos, unless you have very large luggage it's grand.
