The app I had to take was terrible. I dont like to be forced to take an app I dont want. I detested the hostile attitude towards customers. Had I known about the app I would not have booked this hotel. I also had to pay an additional 500 Danish crowns for possible damage I might cause. I supposedly get the money back within a week. That kind of prepayment is something that I never heard of. That should also be told before making reservation. So I was not very optimistic when I went to this hotel.

They do not answer your messages when you write to them. They didn’t had clean towels the first day so they game several hand towels and si had to use those to shower. The room floor was not clean, there was hair from other people on it.

The stairs were extremely narrow and steep and I could hardly get my luggage up there. Two members of staff were downstairs and neither offered help even though I had a small child with me additionally. I think it would be good to offer help at least to people who very obviously struggle a lot to get up the stairs. It was quite loud as well from the street but especially from the hallway at night and in the early morning

The bed linen was dirty. The mattress topper especially. There was no lift (ok that there is no lift), but then advertise as such so we can make an informed accomodation choice before having to lug 40kg of luggage up two flights of stairs and then down again at 04h00. Sure the other guest appreciated the noise?

Bad smells on the floor, not very clean, could use a fresh paint job, online check in via app was a bit annoying.

The check in / out process is dodgy. There was 4 bags of crisps and 4 cans of coke cola which I used thinking it was complimentary of the room and they charged me the deposit for🥵🥵. I would be very careful using this hotel if not at all. The fridge did not work either.

Could not rate staff as there were none to be seen! Shower wet room was small, a bit in need of tlc and water went everywhere, soaking clothes! Room itself was a bit tired too with carpet/décor.

I didn't like the bathroom. It was combined with a toilet. But I understant the issue with space. Anyhow, I was able to do the needdful without any hassle.

I liked the location of the hotel. it is in the city centre, close to the attractions, and is quite a convenient area.

No AC, no elevator, the bathroom has no division between toilet and shower area. When you shower the whole floor in the bathrrooom up to the toilet area will get wet. Two of the light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling. Some electric outlet is not working Also communication was confusing. There’s an email on early check in and that the reception is open 24 hours. When our group went there at around 12is noontime, the reception area was close and the staff doesn’t want us to go in the reception area. Nobody else to talk to and that the email that was sent to all of us was not correct because we cannot do any check in until it’s 2 PM.

The Booking.com website didn’t say no elevator. After booking got notification that no elevator. Asked for room on lower floor as just recovering from knee injury. Was put on top floor!! No indication in room about charges for various items. When questioned the “receptionist” said it is all on the website!! No responsibility!!

Stairs to the room were very steep and not level. Bathroom was cramped and didn't make best use of space. Wardrobe was too small to hang clothes effectively and safe didn't work Lack of reception staff if there was an issue.

Your sink is in the middle of your shower. The matras has had his time and it pretty dirty. There is no lift and not always someone behind the desk. There is a club next door what you will hear in weekends, it's noisy. If the room next door comes or goes you will hear it all to good.

Location is perfect for visiting Copenhagen. This is low priced for Copenhagen.

It was very noisy - there was no noise isolation, so we heard everything on the street, and in other rooms and the hall (especially the banging doors). Also, the shower was not separated by anything, so the water got on the toilet and floor, you had to scrape the water into the drain yourself. As a result, the bottom corners of the shower were a bit gross. Editing this a few days later - the deposit of 500DK process is a NIGHTMARE. I was charged on the day of check-in, as agreed, and the charge was canceled on the day of checkout. I received my money back and then they charged me again the next day for the amount! The replies from customer support now are very vague, and I just want my money back

The room was very basic - we asked about a kettle and they said that due to Covid they removed kettles from rooms and haven't put them back. This meant that for a cup of tea we had to head down to reception and carry boiling cups of water from their coffee machine back up four flights of wonky stairs. We also had a repair man walk straight into our room as I was fresh out of the shower, plus we were woken up in the night by the manager shouting in the stairwell - and reception didn't seem to care about either issue.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable. The place had lots of character (some very wonky stairs!) and our view over the courtyard and the surrounding buildings was beautiful.

While the room was okey, the bathroom was not clean. We were only there for a night so we didn’t shower and we were glad for that. You could also hear the street very clearly.

It was very close to the train station and it was convenient to stay the night. The room was nice and the bed okey.
