Short walk to the main city center and meatpacking district. Comfortable and well sized room. Sauna and pool were clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the main train station which was 15 mins from the airport.

Not sure how it normally works but had to ask for fresh towels and empty bins.

Location was good due to excellent bus service. My husband was very impressed with the pool and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Cleaning of the room is only on demand.

The room was ample with a nice view. The breakfast offered a wide choice of good quality food. The location is within walking distance of the central Station and of Tivoli Park. A bus stops right in front of the hotel.

The tiny shower/toilet/basin area was not fit for an expensive executive room. I was disappointed that there was no harbour view and we had a long distance to walk from our ’tower’ to the main entrance and reception

The executive lounge and staff were great. The pool had mild salt water, was a reasonable size (when not too crowded). It was easy to use public transport near the hotel

Our room was quite small and not much space to get around the bed. For the environment there was no daily cleaning of the bins or towels. We could have asked for it but it just seemed to complicated. Taxis to and from the centre of town were expensive. There was a 7A bus quite regularly. The safe didn’t work and drying towels was hard, could have done with a heated towel rail even at this time of year.

Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and good quality food. Service was great. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool, with a good handrail access which made it easy to enter. Sauna was lovely and hot. The accessible bathroom was great, handrails helped that folded down from the wall as well as the walk in shower and hose attachment. We didn’t try the hire bikes but the option was there. The bed was comfy and the lighting good.

A large, business-style hotel, situated a bit too far from the railway station to walk with heavy luggage.

Room was not well maintained. The air-condition makes noise. After complaining it was fixed the same day. Breakfast was good, but not really applicable for pet owners. We found a solution and the management recognized the situation and the reason. We hope an official breakfast solution for pet owners will be in place soon.

Room was in proper size. Very quiet. Location not far from shopping center and other interesting areas. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

At peak time breakfast is just so stressful. 100s of people flowing in all different directions at once - no clear route through. You are not seated & have to fight for a place. Staff are up against it & understandably abrupt

Cleaning of room on request only - felt like an extra instead of being part of booking a hotel room. Room very small. No wardrobe, no drawers, no storage. Bins not emptied, paper cups..! For me part of staying in hotel is - someone makes my bed and cleans my room. For me disappointing…!

The only problem was noise from slamming guest room doors which kept me awake. I would recommend that the Tivoli fix their doors so that they close quietly.
