I wish I had stayed in this yellow building instead of the red one from the beginning. This place was much better in terms of kitchen appliances. The only problem was that the oven was a little dirty. Also, the shared bathroom was much more comfortable to use than the one in the red building, because the shower head in the red house did not stay in place and needed to be repaired.

The location was amazing, we only walked and didnt rely on public transport at all during our stay. Also what really sold us, that our dog was able to stay with us.

During the winter months it can get quite cold, despite the radiators. Especially the kitchen was ice cold. Also noises from the rest of the house can be easily heard. We weren't disturbed at all, only worried our squeaking floor upstairs might disturb other people.

Excellent location! The upstairs rooms where we stayed were very spacious, kitchen well equipped. Torben was very friendly and helpful.

The blinds could not really darken the "windows" at night and the light in the courtyard was on all night. It even went brighter when ever somebody entered. So if you need a dark room, bring a sleepig mask. One tiny disadvantage is the fact that all "windows" in room no. 9 are doors and it is not easy to keep them open to lower the room temperature.

Located in a very nice area in Fredriksberg. The room (no. 9) was large and well lit. The shared kitchen and batthroom(s) were no problem at all. If you don't want to cook, you find lots of nice places around. The dogs were welcome and it was possible to park the car in the courtyard.

Close to a school, sounds of kids playing in the morning and after school, which was actually quiet pleasant to hear but can be a bit loud in the morning if you prefer to sleep in. Few areas that could use more attention and maintenance, some lights in the room didn't turn on so it was quite dark at night, there were no blinds on the windows directly across the bed, and the ones behind the TV fell off the hook when trying to close. We were going to store our food in the kitchen cupboard but it was dusty and there was a dead bug.

We stayed in room 10 on the top floor and had our own private bathroom, the room was spacious with a comfortable lounging area and a whole extra room if we needed it. It is located on a street with lots of amenities including bakeries, restaurants and boutique shops. Short walk to the metro. Quiet at night in the courtyard. Good communication from the host, detailed instructions were provided well ahead of check-in to allow for planning. Had a kitchen and laundry facilities.

The electric appliances in the room were a bit dodgy (lamps and sockets) and the shared kitchen was a bit scruffy. But the positives outweighted for us against these points.

Can't beat the location! Close to the historic centre, in a nice neighbourhood. Also being at the back of a building means you are away of the busy street. The rooms were spatious.

Great communication by the owner, good directions and checking in instructions and frequent checking everything was OK. The location was excellent, just two stops on the Metro from central station. Local area has supermarkets close by and eating places at a reasonable cost. Being in a courtyard we were isolated from city noise. Roomy apartment. Shared kitchen was no bother.

you could heat everything from the kitchen, but its not the owners fault, some people just dont know how to behave when they are using shared facilities.

Honestly, I couldn't think of any.

The location is great, you can take a 20 minute hike to the city centre but otherwise the matrostation is right around the corner which drives 24/7 every 3 minutes. This apartment was a low budget stay, since it's much cheaper than a hotel or even other apartments but the price value is marvellous! Even though you're so close to the city which has busy roads, policesirens and lot of people (can be difficult when you are used to the countryside) this apartment is dead quiet since its located behind a tall at a courtyard what cuts you off from the city hectic while being only 2 doors away. The bathroom and kitchen are small but the shower feels nice and the kitchen had all the necessities for a simple meal. The beds were surprisingly good and we slept like a baby. The host was great, easy to contact and willing to help.(the pillows were to soft for me which hurt my neck, so I send her a message and she brought by another one the same day)

The shared kitchen was a little off putting due to the other tenants not being as clean and tidy as preferred and the shared fridge had a few things growing in it. We did try and use the room to eat and socialise, but as it's in the roof eves and there wasn't much head room. However, we would book again if visiting :-)

This is in a great location in the centre of Copenhagen with close access to the Metro and directly to and from the airport. Apartment was clean and warm with a local supermarket and shops nearby. Great base for a short uncomplicated stay.

Everything was like described, but you should know when you are coming here that you will have to share the kitchen (and shared kitchen are not always topnotch when it comes to cleanliness) and sometimes it can be loud from the people downstairs (you hear everything that is going on in the kitchen, when you are sleeping close to the stairs).

Perfect location (quiet but in the middle of things), bus to the city is right in front of the house. We were able to leave our car in the yard (for a some extra cash). The apartment is big and has its own shower/bathroom. The beds are comfortable. There was a washing machine/dryer.

It would be great to have a kitchen right in the room, but I understand they have plans to improve the accommodations.

First of all, it's inexpensive and practically in the center of the city. 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment is more like a country house, which, for us personally, was more of a plus. The apartment has two large rooms and a shower and toilet. The beds are very comfortable. There is a shared kitchen downstairs. I highly recommend this apartment. It is 100% worth its money. I would say it is a rare find.
