You need new carpets.

The breakfast was good. The location was close to the airport. The staff was very friendly. The hostess at breakfast asked for my room number before we went in for breakfast and just said no when I gave it to her. I found out from the front desk person that breakfast wasn't included in the room rate and my daughter said it was when we booked the rooms. In any case, I then paid an additional amount for breakfast for the five of us.

Rooms definitely need renewal, smell in the toilet and in the corridors from the café near hotel is not what you are paying for.

My room seriously stank. The carpeting was old and dirty. Ordering food and drinks all has to go via talking to the staff at reception which is not great.

It was a convenient stay for catching a flight at the airport. There are nearby shops at a walking distance and the staff was friendly.

I stayed here overnight due to a long layover, and it was very easy to get to/from the airport. The hotel was quiet and there were a few restaurants nearby plus a grocery store.

One front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Ours was curt and matter of fact. No phone in the room. Only 1 pillow each.

Our room was on second floor and even though we kept our window open, there was a smell from the bathroom, but nothing extreme. The rooms would need a bit of refurbishment, but for one night (even if it was more than one night), it was ok. There is no fridge in the room.

The hotel is located close to the airport which was really helpful, we did not need to worry and think of taxi, train or other transport (especially due to very early flight), and we simply walked 15 min and we were there. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they checked us in at 3pm because our room was ready, we didn't have to wait until 4pm which is the usual check-in time. The rooms are clean, silent and spacious. Restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. We also enjoyed a short walk to seaside, it's a silent, village-like area.

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. No power sockets next to bed. The mattress was like one from a sofa bed and they only give one thin pillow. Had to ask for another.

Good location, 15 minute casual walk to the airport, staff was kind. The room was nice and clean.

The hotel is quite obsolete - some equipment would be great to change The hotel has VERY LOUD ELEVATOR, we were i the third room from it and heard every ride - very disturbing

The location is great - one metro stop from the airport. They have a 24 hours front desk, which is helpful. I found the room and bed comfortable. Value for money is is good.

some lights didn't have a switch, you could only turn them off by removing the room card. the hotel is far away from the airport (18 min walk)

Carpet and the walls didn't look that clean. Room was very dark as there was no light on the ceiling.

In the bathroom, a hatch was broken and couldn't close. We had a hole for evacuation below a furniture that was opened and filled with dirty water.

The staff is very nice and was able to check us in late in the night. The beds are confortable. It is a dog friendly hotel.
