You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyWe arrived at 8.40 PM at the restaurant but the kitchen was already closed. Anyway, they were kind and arranged a cold dish for us. Bathroom to be renewed.
Convention hotel, placed at 20 minutes road from Legoland. Good dimension of the room, ordinary room, nothing special to mention. Breakfast ok, big parking area with possibility to charge electronic vehicles.

NetherlandsFurniture past its lifetime, bed gave my partner back pain (very basic springs 1970s), the window blinds came tumbling off and the wifi was unreachable from our room. The atmosphere of senior citizens home all over, with hallways decorated with framed newspaper clippings from the hotel history. It felt sad in a way.
honest and creative breakfast with many choices, hospitable staff and beautiful garden, plenty of parking space and the town is small but worth an evening stroll

Netherlandsa bit outdated - specifically electrical wiring, once we hadden very bad experience with one man waiter, other staff very friendly. breakfast is a lot very tasty meat products en local bread no Danish pastry or croissant you can hear guests from other rooms but distant noise. beds are ok, but not great

AustriaTesla charging stations blocked by uncooperative guests overnight even though vehicles were as ready charged at 10pm! Window/Sliding door not sound proofing at all, also quite some noise from the neighbouring rooms, even though the guests were really quiet. No AC or fan.

Netherlandsno fridge in room and no water boiler. hot water for tea you can get at reception though. First day a very nice lady who gave us tea, second day a rude person who rather not give any hot water. She did eventually but not with much ‘joy’. The rate to stay in hotel is very high! For a 3 star hotel we payed for 2 adults, 2 children €371 for 2 nights. But the service at diner was very good in restaurant. quality breakfast was very good as well. oh and not possible to darken the room. windows have a very light thin curtain so you wake up as soon as the sun rises and children only go to sleep when sun goes down so short nights. Bit overall we liked the ambiance and the breakfast and the service at diner in the restaurant.

LuxembourgThe room was fine, even though a bit old. However, the pictures of the restaurant and served food are misleading. The food and restaurant were ok and simple, but not as fancy and exquisite as on the pictures. It seems to us that these pictures were taken at a very special occasion.
