Don’t provide toilet mat to wipe foot! They should put toilet barrier (stoppage guide) to prevent the water flow to sink & toilet bowl area.

Our family private room (2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds) is spacious! The view is marvelous from two windows, high floor and can see the canal with sunset! The window is able to open for cold air to enter during summer (no AC but only heater). Free baggage storage before check in, cheap storage rate after check out. Free to use kitchen also! Close to Netto supermarket. Little further from central station but close to bus station and canal!

I did not have locker in my room, so I needed to leave my personal belongings at the reception and that was inconvenient. As far as I’m aware the description says that lockers are provided in the room

I am very upset with absence of soap. Thank you for the toilet paper. In my opinion, these two things are must-have in any kind of service. I don't like paid hairdryer. I don't demand it in the room, but you can locate it somewhere in general place.

The linens are perfect! I like this idea of a bag for linen. The view out of the window is truly stunning and inspiring.

The noice between the floors can be a problem, I've noticed that when someone closes the door, it can be loud.

Location is great, really easy to find, most of the things that are popular, are 15-20 minutes walk. Stuff is great, the beds are really comfortable *not softies :) Clean, spacious, great view. Clean linen for every guest.

When staying in the dorm guests have to make their own beds, and then take off the sheets and carry them down to the reception. Given different arrival and departure times, often late at night or early in the morning, this can be disturbing for other guests that are already asleep. Imagine sleeping on the lower bunk and someone making the bed on the upper one. For upper banks there is no shelf, nowhere to put small personal items like phote etc.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is a good value for money.

The location is stunning. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very clean. There is a game room where it’s possible to play pool, table football etc. Nice bar.

The breakfast room was small and we waited a lot of time at the self-service stands and to get a table.

The location is great to visit Copenhagen, just 5 minutes by walk from the Central Station and the Town Hall. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner. The staff was very nice, and they helped us with any our requests. The room had comfortable beds and a tiny but efficient bathroom. There was a very beatiful view from the room window toward the canal.

Bed linen and towel are collected from reception so you have to make and strip your own bed and return on checkout. This was not a problem for me.

Clean, comfortable room for a 2 night stay in Copenhagen. Good location for public transport and attractions. Clean room. Spacious with a hallway separating the bedroom and bathroom so there was no noise heard from other guests in corridor. Room had 2 twin beds and a bunk bed but was only for 2 people. Good shower. Excellent wifi. Fully equipped communal kitchen with ovens, stovetops, kettles, cutlery, all utensils and cooking equipment and microwave. Laundry room, bar and café available but I did not use
