Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe window was facing the inside of the hotel and couldn't be open widely. Air conditioning was not good so in hot summer days could be a problem. The bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan, just an air vent. A mat in the bathroom would have been much appreciated. Pillows are too soft and small, could definitely do better. Lack of channel TV offer. Minimal space to put clothes and personal objects.
The room was clean and quite spacious. Also very quiet at night. The hotel position is good, close to the central station and metro (5 mins walk), with many restaurants and shops around. Staff is quite friendly and they let you leave your bag after check out in a locker room accessible only with a key. Good security (at night you can get in the hotel only with the key and every floor has a door which is accessible only with the key). Comfortable mattress, although a bit too soft.

Hong KongOne of the lights didn’t function in the bathroom. Just one basic pillow was provided which was too low for us. There were no extra pillows or cushions in the room.
It is close to central train station. There is a supermarket downstairs. Restaurants are also close by. Good breakfast was provided.

Very clean, modern room with a comfortable bed, good lighting and a decent sized bathroom. Our room was also very large. The lobby area was really inviting and comfortable. Location was great. We also had breakfast included which I would definitely recommend as it had plenty of options and a nice, open space to eat.

Comfort hotel in Vesterbro is clean, comfortable and well located. It has a bit of a funky vibe that adds to the experience. Dtaf were very helpful and the check in and check out easy. A great place to stay in Copenhagen and handy to the ferry.

Staff super friendly, hotel was clean and welcoming. Rooms were great size and fully equipped. Cooler worked in room, window opened, two extra pillows provided on request. No complaints at all.

United KingdomThe only thing that was missing is a small table for things, like phone, wallet etc. There is something at bed side, but way too small and there was a weird thing that suppose to be a chair I guess, but only if you go fishing, not suited for a hotel room.
Close to the train station and located on a main street that will take you straight into the central area. Lovely reception and bar, also noticed that there is a gym as well and lot of nice seating areas. Is clean and well maintained. Good sounds proofing.

IndiaStayed for 3 nights. Absolutely functional hotel. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. It mentions every 4th day. No tea/coffee facility in the room. The TV in our room on the 1st floor was not working the first evening.
Location right in the heart of Vesterbro. Many cafes & restaurants in the area. Amazing food options around the hotel. Lidl supermarket right next door. Paid parking (APCOA) available right next door. Register with your car number at reception to get a discounted rate.

United KingdomThe shower sprayed water everywhere, probably needs new shower head/descale. Shower screen couldn't open out as toilet in the way. No clothes storage other than a few hangars in room.
