Fantastic place in a great location for visiting Odense. Garden to hang out in and playground right next door. Great for us and our 9 year old son. Just need to flag that if you have low mobility or very small children there is a gap and steep stairs down to the bathroom so be careful if that applies to you.

No real complaints but have in mind that it's an old building so it might take time to warm up once you turn on the heating. Also the bathroom is at the basement and the staircase is quite steep.

Very central (5-10 minute walk from the center) but also in a very quiet and cute neighborhood.

The light going down to the bathroom kept turning on all night- i think it may have been responding to our movement on the bed?

There was no breakfast. But the host graciously left some beer and chips which was a nice surprise. The location was superb. Loved the playground right outside.

We have booked City House last minute because the original room we reserved in Odense had a technical issue and couldn’t host us. Everything happen for a reason and actually we were so lucky!!! :) We got an answer immediately from the host, the apartment was ready and clean. The key left in the safety box and a park ticket is available if you come by car! The house is nice and cozy and the area is very quiet. In few minutes by walk you can reach the city center.

The bathroom is in the basement which I didn't expect but that's fine.

it's great to have the parking license provided for free parking. the room is clean and tidy in general but have to admit that it's a relatively old building so the facilities are also.

It's s cute little house enough for a family of 3-4. Very close to city center and attractions. Also the host was very kind and communicating promptly. Will definitely choose again when we visit Odense.

Well, the bathroom is downstairs, but it was (1) clearly stated in the ad (2) safely lit and arranged (3) clean, spacious and the floor appeared to be heated (?). So, all in all, it was okay! Idk, is this black bedclothes a Danish thing? :-) I am not convinced by the color... But it was nice to touch and it was definitely clean. So this was okay as well.

A beautiful garden, lovely apartment, I liked the board games, and the kitchen was equipped with everything! The duvets are classy!

Mold in the bathroom

Very good location. Very precise instructions. Free parking. The whole house is cute, with the similarly cute backyard garden with apple trees. We liked everything except the mold in the bathroom.

Bathroom could be better!

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Host was friendly and very responsive. The garden was a plus and the terrace off the kitchen was fabulous.

The apartment has everything that you need and it is located in a very charming neighbourhood 10 min. walk from the city center. Our children really enjoyed the playground just outside the aparment. The communication with the owner was excellent and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend it!

It was a bit dusty and the bathroom smelled a little after humidity of a room that wasn't ventilated enough.

There was a cut-out in the hallway at the top of the stairs, thus making the hallway floor very narrow to walk along at this point, with steep stairs leading down from here to the bathroom.

A lovely characterful little flat just outside the centre of Odense but extremely quiet location.

We were there for New Years Eve and it was quite more money than usual. The bathroom was steep going downstairs in the basement.

A great location to walk all around Odense. Nice neighborhood with markets and close to different restaurants. quite in the evening.

Very good location close to the center, Quick entrance. We did not see the host however questions where quickly aswered by chat. There is a parking card for the car and we had some bikes wïth us to go to the center. All you could wish for was in the apartment. Garden and terrace was nice. No Wifi

Window blinds did not block street lights. Cobwebs and dust in all corners of rooms. Bathroom shower was badly mildewed. Bath towels were extremely rough. No hand towels provided. Bathroom staircase incredibly treacherous— even for the able-bodied.

Property was quaint/cozy and location was relatively convenient.

There were no comfortabel seats in the house. Not in the kitchen nor in the living room. The motion detector clicked throughout the night, but did not function. It registered movements in the bed. This is not what we expect with a 9,7 rating
