The elevator stops working after 10pm at night and doesn't turn back on until after 8am. Apparently this is common to reduce noise in buildings - I've never heard of this, but I'm also not from Germany. I didn't know this would happen until I went to use the elevator the first morning of our stay. The staff I texted told me it would be on at 7am, but it was still off at 7:30am when I had to leave in the morning and the same thing happened the next morning. I was out for dinner until 11:30pm one night and thus had to climb the stairs upon my return. This was unfortunately a real problem for me since the apartment was on the 3rd floor and I have a bad knee, so climbing up and down the stairs was painful. This was my only issue with the apartment and wish it had been noted in the listing as I would have booked a different accommodation.

The layout and location of this apartment is fantastic. It's a short walk to the train and the center of town. It was very spacious, had a great bathroom, and a little kitchenette complete with table and chairs so I could get some work done. The bed was really comfortable and it was also on a relatively quiet road at night despite it being a main road, so I was able to keep the windows open for some fresh, cool air. I would happily stay here again if the elevator issue is fixed (see below).

It’s not well insulated against noise. You hear everything. Especially if people are in the hallway outside the rooms…I recommend adding a notice in the hallways to please keep voices down. I wondered why there were earplugs at the bedside tables and I very quickly noticed why? Less of a concern is the lack of ironing board And for whatever reason room 14 repeatedly smelled like smoke. At first I thought it was coming through the open windows (which I then closed) but after a while I couldn’t explain it (I am not a smoker so am super sensitive to the smell!) it wasn’t terrible but it was there

It's a noisy street with bars at the backyard. Payed parking 7.20 EUR per hour. If you plan to travel there by car, consider using paid parking next to the Station, it's cheeper.

Smooth communication with the automated assistant. That was my first time using service like this but all was clear, with detailed explanation on how to check in and out, where to find the entrance and how to do the key activation. Room is clean and spacious. Thank you!

Central location, total privacy and ease of check-in, check-out, etc. Very modern and extremely clean facilities. Very comfortable bed. Large flat screen television with a wide range of channels. Fully functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. Extremely large and comfortable bathroom. Excellent water pressure. No Airconditioning Unit or Fan. It‘s pretty warm inside the room and we have to open the windows but the noises from cars and people on the street was pretty loud. So No good sleep at all.

It‘s clean and modern. Welcome drinks is a plus. Easy Check-In and Check-Out.
