Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyIt’s not a dislike, just something to pay attention to. Dogs are not allowed in all the rooms category so if you are travelling with a dog make sure to contact the hotel first and ask what kind of room would allow it.
Incredible location in the Bavarian alps. Very nice and friendly staff, they definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Very good breakfast! There are vegan options on the resturant menu.

GermanyWhilst staff at reception were very friendly, service at dinner was slow, could have been friendlier and more attentive. Apparently, there was a shortage of staff which may have led to that, so I am sure at other times it will be perfect.
The food at dinner and the breakfast buffet were good. Location is very good and rooms very comfy and clean. We loved the terrace and village location.

Germanythe room was uncomfortable and the bathroom smells like old Urin I was looking for a pet friendly hotel, because we’ve a small dog This hotel was offered as pet friendly. During our check in the receptionist told us , we’ve to pay 10 € for the dog. He told me in case we had announced to travel with a dog they would have prepared the room with a separate dog bed and food , which cost separate 10€, in my case so I was told he couldn’t do something for my dog , although I had to pay the 10€ . what a great service. by the way , you can’t use your cellphone on this place , there is no connection.So my opinion is , never again this hotel.
