We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room and its facilities are very good. Comfortable beds, pillows, large tv, nice shower. It even has an airco. Staff is very friendly. Good restaurant. Good breakfast. Dogs are allowed.

NetherlandsWhy not a 9 or 10 then ? They are so close to the railroad. I know it’s not their fault, they have done everything to keep the noise out ! ( and there is no noise!) but you feel the trains in the room. I also have to say the trains are not running every 10 minutes, so next time definitely a visit again.

SwitzerlandTotally unacceptable check-out time at 10 am on a weekend. Unfriendly and stubborn manager did not show any flexibility to change it exceptionally even after a long party. She claims that her hotel would be fully booked on a Sunday night and that the rooms had to be made early. To other guests she said that her cleaning staff only works in the morning…well-being of clients is none of her business clearly. On top of that all guests rushed for breakfast at 9-9:30 am and they could not cope with the amount of orders, thus service was terrible and stressed. The poor older women should be treated better by her manager and not have to literally RUN between restaurants and kitchen. The concept does not work out well and would benefit from a better dispersed check out time at least till 11 or 12.
the style, decoration in rooms and restaurant is beautiful. A mix of modern and cosy. Excellent food and wine.
