Great location. It’s a quiet area and only 2 mins away from the next bus stop. Only took about 15 mins to go to the Central Train station. The room was very clean. It also had a good facility, like a small bathroom, a TV and a small kitchen with a microwave. It‘s small, but very comfortable

My room looks into the courtyard I.e. car park. When I opened the window, insects/mosquitoes fly in. Maybe will be good if can install mosquitoes net?

It is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood away from Berlin City Centre, near to bus stop. Room has many kitchen equipment but I didn't try to use the induction stove so unsure if it is working. Room is clean & size adequate for single person.

Check-in and check-out process is electronic and works well. The room is spacious. Modern bathroom. Small but well-stocked kitchenette. Short walk to bus and to supermarket. Nice neighbourhood.

Just a few small issues. I wanted to watch a football game on RTL (the regular channel) but this channel wasn't available. It seemed there was a limited selection of tv-channels. Also, the studio is quite far from the center of Berlin, take bus x36 from Spandau station, then it's only 2 stops.

This place is all about self-service, all the way from check-in to check-out. But everything concerning my stay worked well, the studio is well-equipped and spotless.

The kitchen only has a kettle, a microwave, some cups, plates and basic cutlery to prepare basic breakfast (there no bowls) or warm up ready to eat food.

The room is big for 1or 2 people and very bright. It was spotless clean when I arrived.

As a ground floor room it had no privacy and the windows blind had always done gaps And the parking was a big problem in the area

Wifi was good but unable to make WhatsApp/Facebook messenger audio and video phone calls! I raised it and the staff kindly tried to help to increase the wifi speed but it sadly didnt work. I used my Mobile data when making calls. It would be great if they added shower gel/shampoo to the facilities (just a suggestion)

Clean, spacious, tidy and modern furnished studio. All facilities were available and as described in Booking.com, comfortable bed, relatively quiet area, good location; although not in Central Berlin but only 2 min walk to bus stop which takes you to Berlin Spandau station which has perfect connection to everywhere, excellent communication with the staff, they reply instantly on Booking messaging. Very kindly allowed me to have free early check in. So grateful for that. I booked again to stay in the same room this coming November.

Some parts of the floor need attention, but it wasn't an issue for my stay in any way.

The location of the apartment is quite favorable. It's just a 2-minute walk away from a bus stop and a lovely park. Additionally, there's a bakery and a restaurant nearby, making it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal out. The area itself is residential, which means you can expect a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for relaxation and a good night's sleep. The apartment itself is well-maintained and clean, offering some comfort. The shower is great. Another advantage of this location is its proximity to Spandau, which is incredibly convenient. This closeness to Spandau likely makes it easier for you to access various amenities, transportation options, and potentially explore more of the surrounding area. All in all, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Maybe this is out of the renter's control, but the weather was a bit chilly and I would have preferred if they turned on the heating. Also the hot water runs pretty slow.

Definitely great for its price. Almost all the basics were provided. The place was really clean. The check in and out is really easy. it is a bit far off the city, but for the quality you receive for the affordable price, this is totally tolerable.

Nice place, a little out of the way so nice and quiet for a relaxing night's sleep. However it is only a few minutes bus ride from Berlin-Spandau station where you can connect to lots of other places within Berlin and across Germany. Overall a really nice place to stay.

No sound proofing, I could hear the whole phone conversation of the other guest in another room. Also every door slam was audible. I was lucky the other guest were quite silent.

When I moved in the floor was so sticky with detergent I had to rinse it anew by myself. Same thing in the shared bathroom - detergent abuse deluxe. This was my second stay in a month, and the room I got was simply not as good as the first one. It felt like a water supply centrale to the shared bathroom with pipes and switches visibly present inside (and concealed by non-functionally placed furniture), so every time the shower went on or the toilet was flushed you could hear the mechanism of it right in your ear. The air inside was not always so fresh either, probably for this same reason. The bed was uncomfortable, kind of shaky and the mattress so thin you could feel the ribs of the base.

Location, value for money, cleanliness. The host staff was responsive, coming by late in the evening (after some initial discussion) to fix the smoke alarm battery.

Soundproofing inside the accommodation area is really weak - you hear your neighbours even when not sharing walls, and definitely whatever happens in shared spaces. I missed hangers in the room. The bathroom area sometimes feels ”too obviously” cleaned, floor being sticky with detergent and foreign smells (such as detergent or badly rinsed mop) left behind.

A solid, well-kept accommodation in a quite area. Room in a good condition. The bathroom, shared by four guest rooms, was cleaned daily and even otherwise exceeded my expectations of ”shared”. With the fridge in the room and the electric lunch box I brought with me to warm ready-made meals from the supermarket, plus my own small kettle, the place worked really well for a stay of over three weeks. Good communications to downtown Berlin - and in the opposite direction to a self-service laundry :)
