There were building works outside the window, and a noisy main road, so opening the window was to be avoided. Good thing the air con worked.

Friendly staff and a real reception desk. Good location, close to Wetterstein Platz U-Bahn five stops from Central Station. Room was characterless but comfortable. Breakfast was a decent spread of the usual German items. Efficient air con (although the controls were tricky). A very nice Indian restaurant next door.

The shower area in the bath is not well designed. it causes the water the split out of the shower area, end up with the toilet itself as a lake. That's need to be enhanced.

Overall, Room is very good. I just have one note to leave it in the next box.

Design of the shower meant that the water was not contained very well, so we had to use all the smaller towels to mop it all up. No options for limited diets for the breakfast, although apparently the breakfast is good if no dietary issues.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Location is good, very short walk to U1 station, bakery and supermarket. If you choose to not have the room serviced, you will get free beer/water tokens for the bar downstairs.

Parking was a little difficult, a bit of a walk from the hotel. It would have been helpful if we knew about what we needed to do for parking before we arrived.

The location is fantastic. The hotel is on a quiet street very close to the train station, four stops to the city centre. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The variety available at breakfast was fantastic - great value for money. The reception staff helped us a great deal with the trains.

Wheelchair users might have problems moving from one floor to another. The hotel has a side entrance Wheelchair users can use but the elevator is extremely tiny and when you reach the middle floor (between UG & 1st Floor) you’ll find 4 stairs. Someone will have to help you with the Wheelchair down. They have only one wheelchair accessible room (S8 I guess).

The private parking was difficult to enter, entrance was very steep and tight corners. Additionally, the instructions beforehand could have been better.

The room was spacious enough, breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable.

The pillow was really soft, however when I asked an other one they give me one, the mattress wasn't the best. this is a subjective opinion.

The neighbourhood nothing special tipical suburban area, not far from a metro. the city center by metro is around 15 minutes. Friendly staff, We had to wait 20 minutes for our room but we got a free beer in the meantime. Room is not so big, but really clean. Perfectly fine for sleeping.

Staff were great it was close to both tram & U bahn. There was a superb Greek restaurant close by. Although our room was over road they had outside blackout blinds plus triple glazed so no road noise. Breakfast was good. Covered all bases for us
