Great welcome from the staff, squeezing us into the parking which we had not booked, a nice touch with the welcome drink. Location is outstanding, our little balcony looked directly over the port and was great to enjoy a drink and listen to music being played on the harbour. Two spas to cater for all tastes was great. Not the cheapest place but worth it for the location.

Room 111 needs a little work. The safety sign keeps falling off of the door (sticky stuff is likely worn out) and the glass wall on the outside of the terrace is cracked with the broken piece lying on the opposite side in the wood.

A great location on the harbour front - really excellent breakfast and an upper class spa feel to the whole place. The small pool is amazing as is the gym but you should know that the facilities on the 5th floor are only for those who want to go nude - which we didnt so can't comment about the infinity pool etc

I understand that air conditioning isn’t possible in every room but in 30 degree (c) summer weather there should be a fan in every room. We could barely sleep it was so hot. And couldn’t really use the gym because the AC there wasn’t working.

This was the best boutique hotel we have stayed at all over the world as there was so much love and detail in every aspect of the entire experience. The room was spacious and lovely, the gym and pools were exceptional, as were the relaxing areas with a magnificent view over looking Lake Constance. The breakfasts were superb and the location outstanding. We will be back!

1. Minibar in room had a bottle of water … that was it. Online menu for room service in German so no use to me. Went out to local shop and filled fridge with beer, coke and gin. Hotel could have made more money but for some reason nope? 2. Basement pool too small for semi-serious swimming. Top pool only for naked people. Hmmm

1. Location is on the lake with the most wonderful views. Easy walk from the railway station on the island. 2. Breakfast buffet really excellent with large plates to ensure you do not leave hungry. Special word for the industrial juicer which we used every day. 3. Staff are great with special mention of the Slovakian guy who welcomed us on arrival. Excellent ambassador for the hotel. 4. No coffee facilities in our room but on the 4th floor a “tea / relaxation” area with super coffee bean to cup machine which you can use at any time. 5. Rooms 214 & 215 have small front facing balconies which have the most amazing views (see photo)

You need to leave your reserved and payable hotel parking spot with your check out latest by 11:30am-12pm, no flexibility and support by hotel. You cannot take lunch before leaving and you better organize the parking yourself in that case.

Wonderful stay! The basement pool, the wellness area and the gym were incredible! The pictures don’t do the view justice. It is sincerely unreal. The staff were all incredibly friendly. So much storage in the room if you are staying for an extended amount of time. A full bidet in the bathroom was just icing on the cake :) bike rental shop just steps away.

Very minor, but we had two identical single rooms and one room had a chair and ottoman and the other didn't. Seemed odd to have empty space.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were allowed to check in early. Welcome drink! Spa was great, and the views from the rooftop were amazing.
