All good.

After an initial hick up with the key someone came within 10 minutes to put the situation right. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped with high quality appliances and utensils. The location of the villa is perfect for short walks to the Therme, the Centre and the Kur Park. I will come back here.

The room is very tight for a couple with their luggage and there is no place to sit, however is you don’t plan to stay for long times in the room, then it will do the job

The apartment is spacious and have everything needed for a stay. The location is a short walking distance from the centre and is a very quiet and pleasant place. Host responds very quickly and is always trying her best to help.

This property is a charmingly renovated old building that has been tastefully converted into several spacious rooms. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood near the river, just a ten-minute walk from the city center. The rooms are well-equipped, as are the kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, the property features a lovely garden and complimentary parking—a great perk if you're traveling by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay due to the exceptional hospitality provided by our kind and responsive hosts, who were always eager to assist. We would definitely consider this place for our future visits.

Interior of the apartment is a mixture of modern bathroom and very old parquet out of it, that creaks a lot. Curtains are quite old and have big holes on them. Also, there's no elevator in the building, which is a problem if you have elderly people with you or lots of luggage.

Villa is located in a quiet area, however there's a construction going on now just opposite to it. So, it's only quiet on a weekend. We had a balcony, which on a sunny day is a gem. Apartment is equipped with everything needed for a stay. Walking distance to city center and the park. Overall we enjoyed, but in my view it is overpriced

No elevator, so we had to carry the luggages all the way up. The rest was great.

The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Very clean. The kitchen is a little small but good enough to cook. Location is great too, few minutes walk to the centre. Hosts where responsive on the app, but never met them.

It was a great location to explore the city and surrounding area. From the airport, you can easily take the bus to get to the property.

We did not get the apartment we booked as it was given to other people we saw there. Staff did not communicate this to us and pretended the apartment we booked had something broken and that’s why they could not give it. They gave us a bigger but very impractical apartment insisting it was an upgrade. Despite the bigger size, there was no adequate kitchen and no coffee maker. We did not experience it as an upgrade as we had payed more to get the exact apartment we chose on booking.

The villa is very well located near the park of the town and walking distance to centre. It’s a beautiful building with a garden. It was clean and spacious. A bit too decorated in vintage style but pretty overall.

The sofa bed in the living room was quite soft and uncomfortable. A lamp in the living room would be helpful for when it’s being used as a bedroom.

Location was ideal for visiting the centre of town and the Christmas market. The apartment was large and well-equipped. It was good value for the space and ideal for 3 people.

No kitchenette. Plates must be washed in the bathroom. Table in the room is tiny. It is more of a bedroom and bathroom rather than a studio flat. No 'responsible person' on site. Communication via messages.

In the heat it needs more effective fans, it was unbearable.

Roomy, 2 bedroom apartment in excellent quiet location; hybrid between self check in hotel and apartment, not really suitable for cooking and eating in but otherwise perfect. Walking distance to famous landmarks and excellent restaurants.,

Difficult to adjust water temperature in the shower. The toilet carpet was pretty smelly. Per agreement with the host it was removed-so, the issue was solved .The shower head holder was not working properly-had to hold it in hands which made it difficult for kids to manage.

Good location. The appartment is well equipped with key essentials. Washing machine is definately a big plus for a family with kids. Coffee machine. Free parking.
