We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The breakfast was wonderful as well as the facility for after dinner beverages. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Our family was able to use the bikes for some exploring and a few of us indulged in the spa facilities.

One of the best stays on our 3 week trip. Amazing view from our room. Perfect place to visit the castle. On sight parking. The parking was convenient and travel friendly. We would have liked to stay longer. One night was not enough. Breakfast was excellent. They only have 18 suites so, book early.

We arrived well before check-in time, with luggage and stayed in Hohnschwangau well after check-out time and they allowed us to keep our bags there in a secure area both before and after. They also allowed us to use the restroom facilities and helped us with transportation and other planning details. Can't say enough about the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. Will definitely stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig if we come back to the region!!!

Czech RepublicThe only thing which we would avoid were the wespen disturbing us on the balcony, but it can happen everywehre.
The hotel is located in a great place - exactly under the castle. We were given upgreade of the room for free and could enjoy amazing view on the castle directly from our balcony, bad and even from the bath :) We also appriciated a very nice breakfast, customer orientation and place for parking in the underground garage. We really recommend this place!
