I stayed on the 6th floor, and noticed that there's no airflow in the room unless the window is wide open. It could get quite warm in the room. Unfortunately it was raining for most of my stay, so I couldn't have the window open for long, and mostly relied on the provided desk fan, (which did the job fairly well).

Location was excellent. Close to Munich Hauptbahnhof and within walking distance of popular tourist destinations like Marienplaz, Residenz and Hofbrauhäus, just to name a few. Staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean, and everything I needed was provided.

My room was on the ground floor with panoramic windows overlooking the garden, so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time for privacy.

Great hotel location, very easy to find—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes to the old town, and within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. My room was exceptionally clean, so much so that it felt as if I were the first person to use it. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet (despite being in the city center, I didn't hear any noise even with the window open), and the Wi-Fi was quite fast and reliable.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and only one person was given (I didn't ask for more, but may be a preference for others).

Great location and close to the main station. The hotel had everything you needed and a small kitchen which was very handy to store food and water for the stay. The room was very warm and no AC, but a small fan was provided, which helped. Nice little balcony. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The water pressure was very good

Location is perfect, and the check-in is flexible. Spatious and clean room. Big bed for single room. Staffs are super nice, always helping with warm atmosphere.

The location was great. It was very close to the main train station (U bahn, S bahn) and just 10-15 minutes' walk to the city center and pedestrian zone. The parking garage is across from the hotel, but the receptionist gave us the wrong info about the price, so it cost us 60€ for two nights. There is a nice Italian restaurant as a part of the hotel.

The hallways were a little bit dingy, but everything else was good. I was scared to touch the piece of paper regarding the minibar because I didn't want to have to pay extra so I left it alone. Unclear on if I actually had to check out or not.

The room was on one of the higher floors, but it was fine taking the elevator every time. Even though theres was breakfast offered, I chose not to opt for the Breakfast package. Location by the train station was convenient.

The internet connection was terrible - continously the signal kept dropping. We had selected this place under the impression that it had a kitchen, but the refrigerator only froze our beverages, there weren't enough utensils, there was a stovetop but no pots or pans, and we were unable to use anything aside from the microwave and kettle. In short, the kitchen was nothing more than a label.

The room was spotless, bright, and spacious, and the hotel's location was excellent.
