the curtains were torn, the carpeting's in dirty stains, old fashion design. Besides, the toilet+bathroom smelled very strongly of sewage, so I tried to spend not too much time there….

The highway is right next to it so one side of the rooms are louder than the other ones, although the windows are soundproof and you don’t really hear the highway when they are closed. The furniture in the rooms and bathrooms could use an update, however everything was clean and functional.

The bar and breakfast area are very nicely decorated and the food is excellent!

We chose the cheaper rooms on the North side, where is the Autobahn. There is quite a lot of noise during the night. The south side is quiet!

Very long passages! Only on leaving did I discover luggage trolleys. On the motorway side, you can't open the window on account of the noise. But with window closed, we could not hear it at all! There is good ducted air con.

Friendly and thorough welcome. Large hotel, with extensive lounge bar, and dining areas. Large room and bathroom. Very well equipped. Fridge, kettle etc. Excellent bike garage.

The room doors must be very thin because you could hear everything that was going on in the hall. Very loud and sadly people are not very considerate of others.

The hotel is immaculately kept, clean and well decorated, the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is easy to find and close to the motorway so very easy access. plenty of parking and it felt safe.

Service in the restaurant was slow - they took half an hour to take the order for the wine and it didn't arrive until the main course was almost over. One side of the hotel was subject to noise from the Autobahn

The breakfast was ok, but it leaves some room for quality improvement. Sausage and cheese varieties seem very basic quality and for sure no Dutch cheese offered. Then we had a bad experience when trying the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was busy at 8:00 pm, but still some empty tables. Once we were guided to one of these the waiters just passed or table, no greeting nor bringing the menu nor taking the order for about 20mins. When we decided to leave a waitress asked why we want to leave and why we did not order. We just took the car to eat elsewhere. It doesn't feel right if a restaurant visit turns out like this...

The hotel looks the same as in the photographs, so no bad surprise. It is located directly on the A30 highway, but the garden side was very quiet. We had a very spacious room, not the most modern fit-out, but well maintained and very clean. Comfortable beds. Very professional and friendly Reception staff

I booked a room on the North side, it was not mentioned that this was literally next to the highway. The staff could inform me for this, i would pay for any upgrade with pleasure. The most stressful stay in a hotel for years!!!

Smaller meal options, a bar snack style menu would be beneficial, a full meal is sometimes too rich and filling and smaller options would be great on occasion.

Didn't have breakfast, I visited family in the area so had breakfast with them.
