The curtains are not black out so the room wasn’t dark and I had to use an eye mask - with such large windows this should be addressed. The kitchen only contained one plate & one glass which wasn’t ideal for a couple. The rooms are in pairs and you hear the neighbours door loudly each time they come and go.

Very large room with a seating area and kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful staff. Whilst it’s a strange location, it was ideal for the town (15 min walk) and didn’t feel at all unsafe, in fact it was very quiet and peaceful for sleeping.

Good basic hotel with plenty of room space and some cooking facilities, with parking. Although in the middle of an industrial estate, good location for getting the train to Frankfurt.

- typical German hotel problems. I can smell the cigarette…

- got the key from lock box as there was no stuff at 9pm, no problem - very big “room” apartment with small kitchen :) (for longer stay can be useful) - Wi-Fi good - there is fridge - got a fine water - tv didn’t work (no signal, but it was no problem at all) - furniture and hotel a little outdated but for sleeping it is fine - bath is ok - good price - breakfast is a little limited but ok and coffe is good with prewarmed cups - many parking place

Not the best option for physically handicapped travellers

Breakfast was great. Quiet location, at least on that summer Friday night. Easy to arrive from Airport and not that far away from downtown Frankfurt.

We were woken up by cleaning service around 8:30 AM. That can happen, but what confused me was that instead of closing the door right away, we were asked how long did we still need. We were still half asleep laying in bed and responded we’d like to stay until check out time (11 AM) but after that we couldn’t sleep anymore. It was very rude and we felt like we were being thrown out of the hotel we paid for. Also, the room smelled so much like sweat as soon as we first checked in, i’m guessing it is due to the carpet on the floor.

We needed a place to stay not too far away from Deutsche Bank Park and this was a good location for that

We booked in the afternoon and arrived in the evening. When we arrived at the hotel, there was one staff member that greeted us. She gave us the keys and left. After that moment, there was nobody of the staff left at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by that that there was not a lot of support/staff at the hotel. It's not the best location and it does not feel like the best place to hang out on the street by night.

I saw it on the pictures, but I did not really expect an apartment/studio. It was quite as expected! Full kitchen (even partly renewed), small bathroom and a TV, couch, dining table and queen size bed. Most of the stuff in the room was quite ugly in my opinion, so if you care about that, it's not the best hotel. But it's a perfect sleepover hotel or cheap apartment to stay at in Germany, if you can reach with your own transport.

Located in an industrial area so could have been more charming - but the building is the highest in the area and you can see the skyline of Frankfurt from the balcony.

Large spacious room, easy to book and keyless, good parking and staff very friendly and helpful. An excellent Indian restaurant near by.

Breakfast used to be much better in past years (pre corona). The hotel has become quite impersonal, with staff being present only early morning, the place becomes a bit unguarded
