Mattresses and pillows were not comfortable - too firm.

Very convenient for restaurants, public transport and all main tourist sights. Helpful and pleasant staff at the hotel.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was great. I just wish I had had more time.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the gorgeous Sanssouci Park. The room was air conditioned, elegant, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, with a well-stocked mini-fridge. The breakfast buffet was vast and even included lovely jams made in-house. There's a cozy lounge area for a nightcap. At night, it's enough off the beaten track that the room is quiet. The staff are courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It's not cheap, but I learned from a colleague who stayed in a cheaper place, you get what you pay for.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The staff were very attentive and informative. Our room was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and had a beautiful view of the Jägertor. The hotel is just a short walk away from the rows of restaurants and interesting shops. We found parking to be easy --- their parking garage is small but has the lift-mechanism to fit in more cars, but since there were only a few cars, we did not need to use the lift-mechanism at all.

Nothing to notice. Everything was great.

Spotless cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. The room is well isolated both from the central street and from corridore. When we were inside - didn't hear any disturbing noise. AC works great. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is comfy as well. The location is strategic: the very central and at the same time the place outside is not too crowded. It was really great pleasure to stay there! Really 10 from 10 stars!

I traveled with my very small dog 3kg. The pet charge per night was a bit excessive. I was traveling around quite a bit and many hotels didn't have a charge at all or charged much less. But it was a pet friendly place.

Location was perfect. Parking very convenient. Air conditioning very handy. We were able to leave the car there until 3 on check out day which meant we were able to enjoy Potsdam without having to move the car. Very convenient.

In our room there was a short vibration and noise when somebody used the lift. It was quick but noticeable.

Hotel am Jägertor is an oldworld hotel. It is extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a complimentary minibar and snacks in the rooms. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of Sans Soucci and the old town with its many excellent restaurants.There is a bus stop close to the entrance for buses running to the Hauptbahnhof.Potsdam itself is a beautiful old town well worth a visit.
