You need to pay 2 euros to keep your luggage, we ask for an early check in and not possible at all so we had a very crazy turning first day in Berlin. Also very things walls so you may heard the music. We were on 5th floor and now wifi available and when asking they said you are just too far from rooter.

You get breakfast from 7 to 12 which is great. The breakfast is full of good coffee, hot chocolate, fresh things and cereal etc. You can eat to your heart's content. It was easy to get there just taking the M4 tram. Actually close to everything if you just take a bus or tram. The beds are comfy and good towels. Good shower and hot water. Warm and now air con but good fan made a difference.

This hotel is not a 4-star, but rooms were clean and tidy, everything worked well, very good breakfast. Location closed to tram stop, which we appreciated, if I get back to Berling again, I will stay here for sure.

Improved wifi would be nice.

Good hotel for the price. If you are lucky not to stay close to a school group (we were lucky), then all is good. Staff is friendly, breakfast is available for long hours. Rooms are okay for the price. Wifi in our room was very slow but there is good 5G coverage. Only issue we had was that we had a roof room with lights from a roof window early in the morning that we could not cover up.

The rooms had no air conditioning, so for the last few days we woke up sweating and had to open all the windows which barely helped. No noise protection from the hallway, could hear everything. The building was old so the air was a bit dry (had us sneezing and coughing all week).

Very good location, easy connections around the clock with a tram stop almost across the street. Also close to a big grocery store, multiple restaurants and kiosks. Breakfast was included in the price and it was surprisingly good, got our stomachs full every morning. Didn’t hear any noices from the other rooms. Rooms were cleanes every day if you wanted to.

The one thing I would have liked is a mini-fridge in the room, especially because the room was super spacious.

The room was spacious and clean, the common spaces were cool and the breakfast was excellent! The staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Definitely recommend it!

We didn’t like that the school was directly below our window. When the kids had break it got very loud. So if you like to sleep in this is not ideal for you

I am not very tall. The toilet is mounted fairly high on the wall, which resulted in me not being able to touch the floor when using it.

We needed a place place to stay at the end of a 3+ week visit to family in Berlin. This place was basic, but conveniently located and relatively cheap compared to other hotels in Berlin. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. After reading mixed reviews, we were afraid it would be noisy, but our room was quiet and we slept well.

Breakfast was missing any form of eggs (hardboiled or scrambled). Too much unhealthy cheese/ham and unnecessary hummus. More fruit variation would be preferred. No early checkin, but possibility to leave backpack in a locker for €2.

Good location with tram station Hufelandstrasse for tram M4 to Alexanderplatz or Greifswalderstrasse. Spatious bathroom.

No drink facilities in room - waste water drainage is typical of East Germany(?) - it’s very slow to drain sink and toilet smells a little.

As we were with 2 kids, it seemed little loud because there were some student groups, but it was still ok, and during night it was ok.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, location close to city centre and easy to reach by tram or walking (with children ~15 min walk to Alexander platz).
