Bed was a bit hard and pillows a bit too soft for my liking.

Excellent for the price and location. Super clean, room cleaned every day! Breakfast included with the price is also unusual though simple was decent! Surprisingly quiet given the location to the HbF

Room size

Location is great where it locates near to main train station. But breakfast was so so. Room is super tiny. But maybe good compared to its price. Entering to the hotel's main entrance requires a card, which is some times makes difficult when forget card in the room.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the fridge. There was very little room to move around one side if the bed But all these things did not deter from our stay.

The location was great as we needed to be close to the station. The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was a good buffet. We liked the toilet!

Very conveniently located next to hbf and the area is comparatively safe for solo female travellers! Plus, the Flix bus stop is in front of the property, it is great for moving around! The breakfast offered is very generous if good selections! Very happy about my 4N stay in Toyoko hotel!

The breakfast buffet was very crowded and used trays were not cleared, but left on tables in the dining area.. Towards the end of breakfast some options would run out and they were not refilled. This was not an issue if you went very early in the morning.

Close location to the train station, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and fully-equipped. Hotel felt secure, as access is limited at night to keycard holders only.

Not a big issue, but on the way out, the lady at the front desk told me she needed to impose a small daily (2 euro) tourist fee, retroactive to the previous day. Not a problem, just wasn’t aware, and didn’t see it on the reservation. Overall, it was a good stay…

Surprisingly see this Japanese hotel chain in Frankfurt. Ben staying with them before in Japan. Same setting. Small room but you have got everything needed for a quick biz trip. Close to central train station is a big plus. 15 minutes waking to mess.

There’s absolutely nothing I can complain about.

Probably the best mattress I ever slept on! Had a room overlooking the bus terminal, but didn’t hear a sound from outside due to soundproof windows. Air condition in the room worked a treat. Happy with cleanliness and plenty of choices for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Perfect location for anyone using the train station or bus terminal.

The area around the train station in Frankfurt is generally not a good one - especially in the late afternoon and night. However, I was surprised that this side on the train station seemed to be "better" than the area directly in front of the train station where many other budget hotels are located along the main street. The hotel requires your room card to enter the lobby and elevators.

Travelling for business on a budget this hotel is a very good choice directly next to the main train station. The hotel has a modern look, is well organized, offers good prices and even offers a nice breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is really worth mentioning. Of course, it's simple and not comparable to the big hotels where the breakfast alone costs 20-30€ but it still has a variety to offer and gives you a good start into your day. The single rooms and included bathrooms (a fully encapsulated plastic bath all by itself with a Japanese style WC and a combined shower & bath tube) are small and may not be a choice for everyone but it was absolutely fine for me. The room also doesn't offer a wardrobe - so for a business trip with not much luggage it's fine (you can still store your luggage under the bed as suggested by the hotel). The room and bath were extremely clean. The bed was large, modern and comfortable with a hard mattress that was not laid out as in many other budget hotels in this area. I definitely recommend this hotel. For short business trips on a budget this hotel is now my 1st choice for future trips to Frankfurt city.
