You can connect only 2 devices to the internet. So, we was both with mobiles and laptops. We constantly needed to switch between them, moreover, it’s not just turn off the wifi for 1 device, we also need to write in the address bar, it’s not clear what, we guessed it on the 4th day Also, the curtain in the bathroom is not comfortable, it constantly leaks

Comfortable room, very nice to sleep. All attractions are within walking distance, there are also bus stops and metro stations nearby 5 minutes

no kettles in the rooms, pillow indeed very flat and strange, but they do give an extra one at reception if asked.room cold on arrival but heater works well and heated it up quickly.

I would have loved coffee-making facilities in the room. For people with jet-lag / waking far too early / very early risers, the morning might need to start w/ caffeine.

A bit out of the way from other tourist attractions. 1.5hr walk to East Side Gallery. Not so far from city center, 40min. Nearby the gardens in a hotel quarter of town.

Tidy and easy access. Toilet and shower were super clean with towels provided. Typical hotel layout.

The hotel room was smaller than standard, and the bed was very small and uncomfortable. Most importantly, during our three-night stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Towels and linens were not changed, and tissue paper was not replenished.

The room had a very high level of humidity. Thus it was really hard to sleep, always hot. Couldn’t even see outside our window because the amount of water. Had to put a towel on the windowsill to prevent the floor getting soaking wet.

We had to share a bed and the room was not cleaned during our stay. I had to ask to have the garbage emptied.

Our room was not even once cleaned. On the 3rd day, I asked at the reception if they could clean the room and change the towels. When I was back, the old towels were still on the floor, and the new was on the sink. The garbage was not taken out the whole stay (4 days). The breakfast was not varied at all. I would not go back again.

Adding a chocolate drink option for breakfast would be nice for those who don’t drink coffee or tea. Also, more fruit options (full apples, oranges, bananas, kiwis, …) would be greatly appreciated.

The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were also very helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Most importantly, the location of the hotel was great, especially because I couldn’t have asked for better access to public transport options: - Buses: 100 (bus stop is right in front of the hotel), M29 and M19 (the bus stops were a 2 min walk away from the hotel) took me anywhere I needed. - Underground station (6 min walk from the hotel): lines U1, U2 and U3.

Simple fact. Hotel mentions facility of cycling. When I asked for that they told me take a 4 star if you want gym. When I asked for cycling they said yes you can rent one and do in Berlin. I thought she was joking but she wasn't. I wanted to say then they can write everything in the world as a facility if we have to figure it out ourselves anywhere in Berlin. I'd suggest to go the hotel in front. Premier inn. My friend was staying there. Cheaper, more facilities, nice functional sitting area and amazing receptionists as well. And the rooms seemed smaller than they mentioned.

Receptionists were nice cordial and helpful. Rooms were clean. Though I didn't know we could have tap water to drink there instead receptionist offered me a 4 euro 33cl water bottles. it was a Sunday so no nearby bars or supermarkets were opened.
