It's quite unacceptable no toothbrush cups, no coffee cups nor kettle in the room; and they do not provide daily room cleaning service; the breakfast needs improvement

It was a shame not to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A little kettle would do.

Clean and spacious room with a large bathroom. Good heating and air conditioning. Three beautiful large windows that open fully if required. Good television. A little dated, but very clean. Trains aren’t immediately close but are walkable. There is also a large REWE supermarket a short walk away, and a convenience store right opposite the hotel.

Very noisy with a huge construction site across the road which operated til late.No fridge or coffe/tea making facilities in room.

Lovely staff at reception who let me check in early, very accommodating. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Good place for a short stay. Small supermarket across the street. Very convenient. Bus stop ca.5 min to catch the 100 bus for sightseeing. Great.

There was some strange vibration sound every few minutes, which woke me up couple of times during the night.

Location was quite close to the U-Bahn.

The street noise didn’t bother me at all but the snoring man in the room next to me unfortunately did.

The size of the room and washroom was pretty small, hardly any space to move around or open your luggage.

The staff at the reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is great 👍

Breakfast good although no plant milk for me (vegan) and only baked beans as hot choice. However, there was a Netto across the street where I could buy plant milk.

The bathroom facilities were a bit old already, but clean. My window was towards the street, so I couldn't open the window during the night. Therefore it's very affordable. I'd definitely come again for 1-2 nights.

Sparkling clean towels and bedsheets! Great breakfast with eggs, toast, bread, croissants, yoghurt, granola, fruits, tee, coffee and juice. Great location, close to the bus and U-Bahn Station.

I love the simplicity and classic of the room design and I'm so into the logic of the furniture arrangement. Additionally, the location is so central that is super cool for the shopping purposes. The staff is really nice and friendly.

had an outstanding stay, however, I would have preferred slippers in the room and more shampoo. We had to ask for more, despite the room being full with people, they had not provided more. :)

Room, staff was super polite and ready to help us; breakfast was exceptional. We had two kids, and everyone was super polite with them, and helped us a lot with the kids' menu and every need we had. Great hotel & service! Highly recommended.

AC is way too drying, I tried to reset it many times, it just strips your moisture away.

I would recommend the chinese restaurant across the street haha, didn’t trouble to think what to eat throughout my stay. There’s a small grocery store in front of hotel. The hotel itself is not bad too, if you don’t mind the location.

Good value for money, nice personell, super clean (even though is a little bit old). And good bacon at breakfast (breakfast typical german - enough alternative, mediocre coffee)

My room's window is next to the main street, so traffic noise is unavoidable though the window is closed.

I wish the room had a mini bar or a refrigerator. I wish I was Abel to put a bottle of water, soda or juice in the refrigerator o this was the only thing I did not like.

The room was really nice and it was great that there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The lobby was very nice and everything was better than expected.

A mini-fridge would’ve been helpful to have in the room.

Great location! 7 minute walk to nearest underground station (U Wittenbergplatz) which connects to all great attractions of Berlin, or a 15 minute walk from Zoologischer Garten Train Station, which I used to travel from the airport. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. So much variety to choose from. Cereal, eggs, bacon, croissants etc and so much others. Room was smaller compared to photos, but this wasn’t a problem for me. My room was neat and tidy and had great satellite channels. Comfy bed too and a security safe for safe keepings.
