Really nice apartment, well equipped with kitchen and electric blinds to get it really dark. I cannot sleep with light streaming into the room so this was great for me. There is a 24h gym next door that can be used for a small fee.

House keeping service frequency should have been more often like every 2 days. The room gets dusty after 2 days because of the wind. We could rent a bike and buy a bottle of drinking water from the facility. Tap water is drinkable in Munich but it doesn't taste good. It would be greate if i could easily buy a bottled water.

My requests were immediately responded by the host. Everyone was positive. Room was very well equipped and furnished.Location was great. Every part of city of Munich was accessible from the location of the hotel. I had a good time there.

Excellent place. Everything in the room is new and clean. I liked the electric blinds with remote control a lot - it's very convenient to block sunlight, so we slept very well. Very helpfull staff, ready to help. Nice parking with a lot of space. Laundry in the hotel. Hotel is located in nice quiet area of Munich with a lot of trees and green around. There's a metro station nearby (10 min walk).

These are apartments for rather longer stays than short ones. Very well equipped and quite comfortable. It was in the walking distance from Scwabing business area.

Timehouse was perfect for our 4 night stay in Munich as tourists. Being a few kilometres outside the city centre was no problem thanks to Munich’s fast efficient public transport system. A good grocery store, cafe and bakery are just a few minutes down the road. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and very quiet and the staff were marvelous.

The kitchen must have been designed by someone who had never cooked before, the lighting was behind you. The signs said to turn the exhaust fan on when you are cooking, so you didn't set off the fire alarms. There was no exhaust fan in the kitchen so it meant we couldn't use the cook top. When I commented to the staff they told me that it was because the kitchen was designed for someone in a wheelchair. I did point out that if you were in a wheel chair you would still want to be able to use the cook top, so there wasn't really a reason for no exhaust.

It was easy to get there by public transport and easy to get around Munich. The staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with.

access to public transportation was a bit far away (tram was not working); the shower heads were odd (form over function); it would be good to know where to access the parking garage before getting to the hotel, brief parking in front of hotel is not possible.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Checkin/out was uncomplicated and staff was very nice and helpful. would come again when in the area

I would say some hand soap would be highly appreciated. We had only one bottle (in the whole bath) on the sink with the mention of Shampoo.

The ktichen was missing a few basic items that I expected to find - salt, pepper, cooking oil, oven mitt, and paper towels. There was also only 1 dishwasher tab and 1 set of trash bags there (not much for a multi-night stay.

A bit loud traffic and a lot of honking from a car the first night but it was okay and didn't last that long.

Very nice room and very clean. It was easy to find and great and easy to go to the city etc. The room had electronic blinds wich was a big plus for me because I need darkness to sleep.

Cleaning is done only once a week- which I’m totally okay with, but I expected the cleaning to by be better. On the second time they were cleaning it was better. The washing machine is operated by an app which is nice but due to lack of wifi or cellular reception in the washing room it made it hard to use.

Room facilities were excellent. Heating, nicely equipped kitchen, closet space, bathroom and shower were excellent and beyond my expectations. There was also a small terrace which was very nice in sunny days. Handling with the hotel was easy with Watsapp and they were always helpful. Parking garage is perfect! Wide parking spots and plenty of space. The hotel also features a charger for electric cars without additional charge to the parking fare with is a great touch. The access to the highway is great, I was fortunate enough to not experience any bad traffic in the area. Bed and cushions were ok, the cushions could have been more comfortable.

There is a split in the middle of my mattress. I guess they combined 2 small mattresses to make up a bigger one for me. However, I can feel that uneven split during my sleep.

Great location in front of a bus stop. Near restaurants and shopping. A hotel staff is on-site during the day to answer my questions and provide needed supplies. The hotel room feels new and super clean with a modern design.

Very comfortable bed! Good size apartment with everything you would need to make yourself at home. The place was clean, and the small balcony was lovely for having a morning coffee on. Highly recommended!

Since we had three people and were staying for four days, we had to ask for extra towels. I think they could have provided extra linen at check-in, but other than that it was great.

I really like the apartment stay experience. We were traveling with friends and my daughter and a small dog. It was very pet friendly and the staff was excellent.
