Unclean room, there were so many insects. No AC and they give a fan which helps a little but hotel is best avoided during summer to be honest

I longed for something comfortable to sit on. The sofa was very narrow and very uncomfortable. The other seating at the breakfast table was very worn. The desk was hanging off the wall and felt too unsafe to use. The staff expect you to recycle according to German rules without giving you the facilities or information about how to do so. Every country is different.

Mostly the location. Peaceful residential location. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fine. The little kitchen was well-equipped and an ingenious use of space. I found it very useful. Having the supermarket (and a pizza restaurant) immediately next door was ideal. Not too far from the U-Bahn station Gern.

I had to wake up at 6 am and there were cockroachs in the room, on the floor and even in my bed... I had no time to talk about it at the reception. It was room 242, please, do something about it. But that was the only bad thing about hotel.

A/C would have been nice

Perfect location for anybody watching a concert at the Olympic Stadion, which is about 20min walking distance away. Right outside the hotel is a big Edeka supermarket and a nice Italian restaurant. The nearest tube station (Gern) is about 8min walk from the hotel and from there it takes ca. 20-30min to get to the city centre.

Perfect location. In a quiet neighborhood. Immediate vicinity to Olympia Park. 10-15mins walk to the stadium. Tram and subway stations are very near. 20mins by team to old town. Good wifi inside hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The location is amazing, in a quiet area of Munich , walking distance to the park and very close to the city center by taking the underground. Our room was spacious, with terrace.

Rooms were comfortable but would benefit from air-conditioning in the summer!

Excellent location close to tram and u-bahn stops and near the canal path to Olympia Park and Schloß Nymphenburg. The wee kitchen areas were great for making our own dinner a few nights to save money on eating out - small and simple but had everything required.

Nothing really, would happily stay here again if we come back to Munich.

Great room located within easy walking distance of the stadium at Olympiapark, with trams nearby to get into central Munich. Small, but well equiped kitchen in the room and was handy having the supermarket next door too. Quiet residential area, felt quite safe leaving our car parked there whilst we went off sight seeing. Small balcony to sit out on too which we liked. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

the hotel was great value for money, its not in the centre, but the U ban station is only 200 yards along a straight road, and only 5 stops to the centre. There is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel, with a lovely beer garden, and a nice supermarket next door, all really handy. Hotel staff were exceptionally friendly..Thank You

Sunny and friendly hotel in quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Close to metro station and Olympia park. Spacy room with everything needed. Small but well equipped kitchen. Good value for money.

The only thing is; if you sleep longer your room does not gets served anymore and the coffee beakers were not properly clean. my tea with milk became froth immediately when poured in. my room directly above the hotel entrance was rather loud and very hot because the personnel did not close the blinds and the sun shined in.

The room I had needs a refreshioning. Wall coverings are starting to peel. Ventilation in the rooms should be better.

We were above the exit where people smoked - it wasn’t too bad but we noticed smoking was permitted on all the balconies .

Very comfortable nice balcony and liked the kitchenette and close to transport. There’s a great supermarket under it.
