Breakfast can be improved

Beautiful location, amazing staff. Great getaway for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are spacious and classy. Baki and Leandro are the best and made our stay super fun and smooth.

The location is great, rooms are very classy and beautiful. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they usually always went out of their way to make us happy. The junior suite did not reach my expectations when considering the price. The 'checking in' process was very amateurish and I had to wait for some time to be served for the 'checking out' process. Here again, considering the price of the stay, one would expect a better front office service.

The location is excellent. Very good parking facilities. Good breakfast and good service. The view from the room was really nice and peaceful.

Beautiful property. Elegant and charming. Conveniently located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

No air conditioning or fans in the room. One was supplied when asked for it. We moved rooms from the garden side to the lakeside which was far more comfortable and cool. The meal and drink prices were very expensive. Breakfast was ok, but not a great choice.

The reception staff were very accommodating and helpful. The waiting staff were a little less so, one having a very peculiar attitude to women. The toy dogs guarding the rooms are genius!

We parked our bikes on premise in the bike shack. It was highly disappointing to find that both of our bike lights stolen in the morning. Did not expect that at a hotel of this caliber especially on the property.

There were some spiders both in the room and balcony. We even couldn´t use balcony because of this. They should clean the balcony with water. It was not clean as it should be. We found two silverfishes in the bath and one in the sink. This is not good impression for an hotel! The bath was in the bathroom not in the room and in the photos it seems like there is am bath in the room (Junior suite). They should change the room photos. There is no A/C in the room. The weather was very warm and it was hard to sleep during the night. The restaurant was overpriced. The meals are okey but not worth for money and there are not many options to eat.

The location was really nice it is lake front. The room was big. The staff are friendly in general. "Baki" did a good job. He was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. If they can improve the things that I mentioned, this hotel has amazing location and I would love to go all my free times. Otherwise, it is overpriced and need improvements.

I took my wife there for her 40th bday. We had a great time! the room was great and the restaurant/bar/lobby was greatly decorated and very comfortable. She also got a massage from Thomas Meder and told me it was great. Will definitely go again.
