Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe food options breakfast were quite basic, and there wasn’t much variety. From a meat perspective, there was no chicken. The fact parking wasn’t included and was an additional €15.
The rooms felt modern, and looked new. The hotel itself was also new and had good facilities.

United Kingdomwhat i did not like was , Rooms have no Cupboards just in Corner Hanger rail to Hang cloths , hangers provided, No Drawers and no Suitcase Stool to Put Suitcase so Bending down all time to take cloths out, after Paying premium price for room No Water provided as have to buy from the Bar, no Telephone in Room so no room service, no kettle or coffee items to make coffee only from 24hrs bar in reception,
Breakfast was ok Standard to what you get as most Standard hotels, the Hotel Rooms and Bathroom was clean and its New i was told and near to Messe Frankfurt to Drive or take Taxi, and not far from Airport no nearest Train station . Staff are very good and Helpful like Mahmood and Kai.

Czech RepublicIt is not a hotel minus but I want to warn all of you to dont take ifficial taxi waiting in front of the hotel. They charged me more than double then taxi companies you can order by your mobile application. The official taxi took mě from a hotel to Messe via highway around airport! So in that way it was longer and also the rate per km was much higher then from Uber or Bolt I normally used.
New, modern, simple and clean. Kind helpful staff. Therefore there is no restaurant, there are some vending machines or they can save you at the bar with (frozen) pizza or goulash soup if you need a hot meal.

United StatesI did not like the bed as it was too soft and there wasn't a desk. The shelf was barely big enough for my laptop. I was surprised that there wasn't any restaurants in the hotel as there didn't appear to be any restaurants close by.
The breakfast was good, and the staff was amazing.

NetherlandsInner walls are too thin so you hear all the sounds early morning or in the middle of the night. The staff on the night we arrived to the hotel was unfriendly and grumpy but the ones in the morning were good.
Hotel was extremely clean and free drinks policy was very cool too. Location was okay since we had a car so I cannot make any comment about public transportation. Beds and pillows are very comfy and a very big bathroom too.

Germanylocation was best reachable by car only the room did not warm up until morning and there was no warm water in the bad (in the sink). The shower had cold and warm water though. We were not sure if this was normal in this time of the year (late March) and is part of energy (money) saving initiative or it was just a defect that could be repaired (if we had reported)

Czech RepublicNo king size beds. Even though we booked it as an option, the hotel doesnt have them. They just push two single beds together, which is not the same thing. Our room was customized for wheelchairs. Especially the shower is not what you expect from a hotel room. Asked for a change, declined. Hotel is in a bit of remote area and the only food you can get in lobby is frozen pizza.
Parking in garage is always nice, even though its costly. You can also go straight to your room via elevator. Breakfast is good. Rooms are big.
