There is nothing I don't like.

The check-in and check-out were stress-free. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and everything works. They offered a lot of options with breakfast which was very good.

Some rooms are so small, even can't easily move inside the room. I got an iron table and iron but couldn't locate in the room, properly.

Pretty compact rooms for short trips. Bluetooth speakers are the point which I like.

We had 4 nights here and we were happy with pur stay here. Good room size and large bathroom. We had a room with cooking facilities and you needed to get utensils etc from reception which seemed a bit odd. Location is out a bit with no restaurants nearby but the bus is directly outside the hotel and easy to use plus free with Bodnesee card. Don't let this put you off as it wasn't a detractor for us.

There was no counter space for bathroom essentials or hook to hang toiletry bag. Front desk was less than welcoming- had a too cool for you attitude; made asking for help uncomfortable. The room rate comes with a bus pass to use during your stay, which was not offered during check in.

The room was big and bed was comfortable. The was a full surround sound system but we didn’t use it. Bathroom was huge with full ADA accessibility. Breakfast was awesome! The staff at breakfast were great and friendly. Fun and vibrant decor.

Rooms are a bit hot wanted AC to be adjustable from my room not possible at 3 nights I couldn’t have good sleep , no ac technician in hotel !!!! . Also NO MINIBAR AT ALL …no room service or food facility ! breakfast only ! . No communication with reception at all if any urgent immediate help needed . Felt sorry for such weak points for such well structured and modern new comfortable clean rooms… guests certainly need all what I have mentioned

In room facility no mini bar or tea and coffee not even empty glass to take my medicine totally nothing in toilet no cream ONLY shower and hand gel same one . Room first night was too hot .. no technician on duty can not sleep next day I moved room then asked the hotel to send technician to double check AC IS WORKING .!!!! It was not working in other room and they let me checked in

No glutenfree bread. This should be an option in the year 2024. The staff couldn‘t speak German or English very well.

I did not know where to park the car as there was no signage for a parking lot. When I called the hotel, I was talked to in English which was pretty weird and I was told to use the garage of the nearby hotel. Further, I already checked in online and paid in advance. Being at the reception I had to fill out a registration form again and was asked to pay…a bit annoying as I had to proof that I already had paid…

No parking place, but there is an option very close to the hotel for 12€ per night. Alternatively there is a bus station next to the hotel.

For some it might be important to know, that reception staff rarely speaks german.

Super stylish, spacious and the breakfast was good. If you don't mind that reception staff rarely speaks german, it's a great hotel to stay at.
