We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyNice colorful hotel with adequate rooms. It is not a superior luxury hotel, but this is not, what you expect. Rooms are relatively puristic, but colorful and you everything. Nice bathroom, really comfy beds. Breakfast is quite ok and the location offers nice places to lounge and relax and have a drink or a little snack to fair prices. Staff is friendly.

GermanyThe team were a bit overwhelmed at breakfast - it was an event morning so an extra person would've really helped them manage the rush. The hotel is so clean so it was disappointing to see Housekeeping propping doors open with bedlinen and towels.
Nice design and really clean! Perfect location for the start/finish of Eschborn-Frankfurt. Great parking garage. We enjoyed our stay.

IndiaHotel don't provide daily room service, at least they should collect trash from room on daily basis. Also please check for room facilities before booking, as the photos from booking.com and actual room photos(facilities) are quite different.(We booked business superior double room expecting we will be having microwave and fridge in room but its only present in apartment room, so on next day we have to switch room from superior to apartment).
Niu belt is having good breakfast and good location. You will find easy transport from outside of the hotel.Staff is also helpful.

GermanyThe receptionist made a mistake with my card, I had to go till the end of the long corridor to find out my card is not opening my room. It turned out that the number was totally wrong, even the floor number. The worst is that the apologies were not genuinely sincere.

Breakfast was good, the food was fresh and healthy. The best thing I like is the rooms are so quiet and clean. If you don't want a housekeeping service you get one free drink which is a great option. It is 15 mins walk to train station and it is OK.

CroatiaThey have something like a benefit - if you do not need room cleaning, you hang on the door blue card and you get 1 free drink as guest as thanks. Cleaning lady suppose to leave vouchers in the room. We left the card, but cleaning lady didn't leave us anything. So we make a claim on reception, but they just told us that cleaning lady make a mistake and they didn't want to give us free drink. And regarding price, we have been staying in this hotel since he was oppened, and everything time we come, price gets higer and higer, and now it is so high like some 4 star hotela, but this do not worth that much

UgandaI liked the cleanness, though sometimes the cleaners don't clean on the daily basis. What i did not like was looking for another place to have lunch or dinner because the Nui Belt only offer breakfast.
The location worked for me not so far from the train station. The breakfast was fantastic, we had a variety of food stuff.

PolandLocation is quiestionable (if you're traveling for leisure), on one hand - very close to autobahn (if you travel by car - don't need to go through the city), on the other - it's 15mins walk from the s-bahn station.
