In general their breakfast was good and staff is very kind, but for 4 days most of food served are same.

The hotels location is great. Metro and bus stations are near by. I used bus no. 200 and 300 mostly to visit touristic areas, and many places are in walking distances. The room was clean and roomy. I stayed with my teenager son. We both had our space enough.

I was early for the Check in and was told to wander around and I will get a call when the room is ready but never got that call that is the only disappointment. I will stay there again 100%

Nothing to report - we liked everything!

The location was perfect (we were attending a concert at the Philharmonie), there were multiple dining options in the area, and it was a short walk or tram ride to many tourist sites. The staff was exceptional and the room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing.

The Management Suite we had was amazing, and we would have been quite happy to stay there on a long-term basis. Great central location.

Everything was perfect

Everything - the central location, very close to public transportation and to most attractions of Berlin. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast - exellent and the staff extremely nice and professional.

One thing to note is that the regular rooms are so good, that paying extra for the suite a waste of money. I stayed in the regular last year and took the suite this year, and there's no real advantage to the suite. There's even a disadvantage as the (amazing) bathroom is next to the bed in the suite, and its glass doors do not block the light from the bathroom, which can be annoying if you're a light-sleeper and your partner turns on the light in the middle of the night.

Stayed at the Mandala Hotel for the second time. It's a great hotel, right next to the Tiergarten and Potsdamer Platz. The U-bahn station is 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast is great, with fresh juices, good hot beverages, variety of bread, yogurts, and more. I would defiantly be happy if it served more fresh vegetables.

The staff needs to work on their communication and knowledge of the hotel. We were told by multiple staff that the laundry room was on the ninth floor when it was on the tenth. Also, I booked spa treatments a month in advance and confirmed with reception on arrival but the spa staff had different ideas

Great location in the centre of Berlin. Great breakfast and large comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent in a beautiful space.

The wifi could have been better, I don't like to use an unsecured network which was all they had.

Best location in the bustling Potsdammer platz and still quiet and with calm atmosphere. We loved the little kitchen, not for cooking but good gor a light meal. We had s large suite with seperate seating area, nice when staying for longer period. Everything was very clean, we loved the huge walk in closet. The staff was perfect, alests attentive to every question or wish. The two restaurants are superb, of course the Michelin rated Facil is a must bit we also really enjoyed the more modest Qui for their good luncheon.

Breakfast was nice but over priced. We paid Eur105 for the three of us and while it was fresh, it was also quite ordinary and not worth the price in my opinion.

Fantastic location, well equipped and tasteful rooms with simple and modern decor. Mini fridge and little kitchenette. Well stocked bathroom with nice toiletries, good water pressure on bathrooms. Very friendly staff and overall a fantastic 3night stay for me and my parents. We stayed in the suite and it seemed spacious for the 3 of us.

It was a shower bath which might put people off.

It is in such a fantastic location, easy access to transport and locations. The rooms were huge for a European standard.
