We arrived after hours and had difficulty figuring out how to get our room key. The security office is at the entrance, but it was easy to walk by and not even notice it. The young man there was very helpful. I found the bed to be a bit too firm...personal preference. The lighting in the main room is quite dim. Take a book reading light with you.

It was a good sized space for a couple. The bathroom layout was excellent with a wonderful shower, good space and nice fixtures. We enjoyed the veranda overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast option was delicious though the space was limited. The large entry atrium in the building is very light and open. Small children can run about safely. Maximilian's restaurant offering German food is easily accessible from the atrium.

The lighting could have been better. There were only lamps in the bedroom and the living area. the lighting in the bathroom and kitchen was fine but the living areas were darker.

Room was well laid out. The kitchen was small but well stocked with dishes, an electric kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator and a stovetop.

The movable showerhead is way too low and would spray outside of the shower and you couldn't angle it away so it didn't. Luckily the rainfall showerhead was great though.

Loved our apartment, very large with all the amenities you'd want. Great air con and comfortable space. Good location and loved the breakfast as well.

Kitchen a little under resourced. Had to ask for a toaster and not enough kitchen needs (eg dishwasher tablets, tea bags).

The location was excellent. Close to shops, supermarkets, tourist attractions and public transport. Property was very spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. The free laundry was an added bonus.

Personal preference but the bed was too hard and one day we didn't receive tea and coffee refills.

Location very convenient for exploring the city; rooms spacious and clean but we had hoped for a better view and we did not get balconies which we had booked with you. Our 2 rooms were adjacent to each other and the windows could be opened widely, which met our requirements for ventilation.

The pillows were too soft. It was almost like not having pillows. We also didn't like the couch as it was pretty short (close to the floor) and was difficult to sit on.

Loved the location. Convenient to several train stations and a, fairly, short walk to Museum Island. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room but I loved the shower and having a full kitchen would've been nice if we wanted to cook. We arrived late (around 0030) and the security person was there to check us into our room. Very nice of the hotel to accomodate our late arrival.

The first appartment was way too noisy and as we were visiting in summer, you really wanted to be able to have the windows open at night but it was impossible to sleep with the windows open. There is air con of course, but for the price, you expect a little more comfort. It also stated that there was a balcony but it wasn't true in our case. The first appartment had more of a juliette baclony which you could not sit on. There are small details which I expected to be better for the price and overall rating. Lighting is extremely poor in the main areas as there are no ceiling lights and it was quite difficult to work and read when it was dark outside. There is only one sockett next to the bed, there was no coffee machine and staff weren't always quick to respond and sort out requests quickly and some parts of the appartment were dirty (e.g. fridge, kitchen) and worn out.

The location is very central which makes it easy to get around. There are also lots of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants around. The appartments are fitted with a kitchenette so you can even cook. We used the kitchen a lot to have breakfast which was really convenient. We had breakfast once at the hotel which was fine but a little bit pricey. They also have a nice sauna and fitness area with a great view. We stayed in an appartment facing the main road first which was too loud for us and disrupted our sleep immensely. However, staff were very helpful and we were moved to an appartment facing the inner courtyard which was excellent and even had a spacious balcony, we could sit on. This appartment was extremely spacious and was quiet to work and sleep in. If I had only experienced the second appartment, I would have given this review definitely a much higher rating. That appartment was absolutely fabulous!

The breakfast was too basic, could have been better. Atleast go beyond boiled eggs that’s not too much to ask for. We are paying a good price after all.

We stayed for 4 nights. Great location ! Clean, comfortable and convenient! Super central it’s right in front of the metro station. You can walk around to almost all the touristy spots. I would recommend this place.
