The address we were given, was not the apartment address where we were to stay, but their ‘ other’ location. That was inconvenient as we took a taxi to the incorrect location. I understand where there are multiple sites, the management likes to have flexibility for bookings, but I thought that was poor form. (Having said that the manager helped correct it by having our luggage delivered to the correct address).

Check-in wasn't the best considering I had already presented and submitted my documents ahead of time. The receptionist wanted them again. With Google Maps I'm a pro but struggled to find the property.

The apartment was beautifully presented It was clean and spacious. The noise levels were good and able to get a good night sleep. What a great location the property is situated in. We would highly recommend and would revist in the future. .

The only inconvenience was no accessibility for strollers at the entrance.

We came with family during Euro, and it was absolutely not noisy at nights, although the location is central. There is a park next to the hotel, restaurants and shops. It’s a hotel with apartment style rooms, basically they have everything you need, including daily cleaning service. Rooms look good and I would come back if I stay in Frankfurt.

1. The shower screen in the bathtub was not hermetic. Unfortunately, water kept spilling out when showering, resulting in everything on the floor (including the bathmat) getting completely soaked. Eventually I had to use towels to be able to step out of the bathtub, and to avoid slipping on the wet floor (hence running out of towels for other purposes). 2. There is an elevator internally, but there are a few steps and no ramp (not that I could see, anyway) on the outside of the building. Traveling intercontinentally, I was carrying a heavy large suitcase (plus cabin luggage), which required some gymnastics to carry on the steps when I arrived. Even worse, on the day of my departure it was raining, and the steps were slippery: I had to ask the Uber driver to get out of the car and to come help me carry the luggage to the street. A ramp is really necessary, or you may want to consider traveling with friends to share the physical work. 3. NOT REALLY A DISLIKE, SIMPLY REPORTING: The cleaning ladies I interacted with did not speak English, and I was unable to communicate with them about cleaning the bathroom (also, though not only, about the water spillage), but they tried to figure out what was needed and came several times to check supplies and to remove trash. 4. Not specific to this accommodation, but I find that wherever I go, the toiletries (soap, for example) provided tend to run out pretty soon. Consider putting a little extra soap, shampoo, etc. in the rooms: traveling people need to wash themselves.

The apartment was in a secure building, accessible by card and with security 24/7. The apartment was large, well furnished, with lots of storage space, a spacious bathroom, a very usable and well equipped kitchen. There was a balcony overlooking the tree-lined street, which looked like it would be really enjoyable in summer, but also in spring it was very nice. The Opera is within walking distance, and when I was there the Opera square was occupied by food stalls and there was some kind of festival. The festival then moved to the shopping mall / pedestrian island across the street. All noise coming from the festival ceased anyway after midnight, and for the rest of the night, and most of the day, the apartment was the quietest I have been in. In any case, the location is central, and places of interest are all within walking distance. There is also a convenient supermarket nearby. The reception staff were very kind. On the (early) morning when I departed, it took all of 35 minutes for me to get into the Uber which I called - and for which I waited maybe 3 minutes overall - and to arrive at the gate (Gates Z, to the USA), after also checking my luggage. This was the most efficient accommodation/airport combination I have ever experienced in my life! I remember also thinking that if one were to stay for longer periods (I stayed three nights), it was going to be possible also to have mail delivered, because each apartment has its own mail box. I was asked to check in with documentation on line before arrival. Hower, since I knew I would be arriving during open reception hours, I did not bother with the online check-in form: face to face check-in was easy and fast anyway. (But one must arrive when the reception is manned). The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a TV set in the sitting room, and one in the bedroom.

A maintenance guy entered in our room while our baby was asleep and woke her up. We weren’t told they were gonna be there, so we got a bit scared.

The apartment was big and comfortable, clean. It was situated in a good area, near Opera. 5 min walking time to reach the Metro station. Lots of restaurants in the area.
