Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsExpensive breakfast. The wall and door between the bathroom and the room was made out of semitransparent glass. A bit weird of you are not so close to the person you are sharing the room with. No fridge, no coffee or tea.
Good price. Very clean and modern. Nearby to all attractions. The WiFi was good. The breakfast was excellent and diverse although very expensive. Free bottle of water.

FranceIn 2 rooms we had ventilation wasn't working well (neither ventilating, neither cooling). 2 pillows per person, but neither combination gave sleeping comfort to me or my wife.
Location with easy access by car, by foot, friendly stuff. Parking 10 euros for 24 h and you can exit and re-enter. Huge parking on the gravel free of charge.

GermanyWe are really confused by the design of the showers/bathroom. The shower has a big milky glass to the side of the room, so you can watch your friends shower ^^ The door is also meh because it's a glass sliding door which does not muffle sound. It was not such a big deal but maybe next renovation do not use a big window for the shower? There were no vegan options for breakfast (16€ ). Maybe if we had asked? But on the normal buffet there wasn't anything.
Just as last year everything was great! The staff really tries to make your stay as comfortable as possible, 24/7. They offered us a kettle, tea and to keep our luggage until check-in.

GermanyIt was comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was 16€ which I think is a little too much, but yet again, I don’t use hotels usually so this might be a normal price and I’m just unaware of it. There were some marks on the walls but otherwise really clean. There is no mini fridge which would’ve been nice. And a body wash that’s also a shampoo which is a bit drying to my hair… wish there was a normal shampoo bottle instead no matter how small, that would’ve been really nice.

Saudi Arabia1. The Sleeping pillow was really thin and only one bellow was available. I asked for another one and they provided next day because they had non at that night. 2. The bath room is made of glass, not walls :)
Location is near to the Centro mall. Staff were good and helpful. cost against value wasn't bad. there is a bus stop near by. also, couple of fancy resturants.

NetherlandsWe travel with our two son , was looking for a family room , the hotel advertised Adjoining room , that gave me the impression that two rooms could be joined , it turns out it is only a guarantee that they give you two separate rooms next to each other . Both rooms are really small . We ended up sleeping separately where my husband stays with one of our son and I stay with another son . A bit disappointed about that. The girl at reception got so much complains about this false advertisement from other customers, she gave us warning during check in.
All you need for a short stay , it is relatively new hotel. Everything is clean, bed is very comfortable ! Location is great , a lot of entertainment in surrounding areas.
