Designers of hotel rooms should also stay there for a night. Then they would see the curtains don't fit at all so don't blind out the lights from outside. Also the room is quite warm and airconditioning didn't seem to change that. Breakfast was really expensive so picked a local coffee house for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central station and is modern and comfortable. There is self check-in but is supported by staff. The rooms are small but modern. The included City Ticket is really nice.

I had to fix the shower, whoever had removed the head had cross threaded it, big leak. The walking route is non-trivial until you learn to go to platform 1 of the Hbf.

The room was supposed to be cleaned every two days (which would be absolutely OK). Instead, it wasn't cleaned the last 5 days.

In their zeal to change and improve they made the mini fridge into a storage cabinet! Totally useless and NOT appreciated! Small issue, but an important convenience, especially for a so called 4 star property! If you sell beverages and snacks you should have mini fridges in the room, a small investment and has been there at previous property owners for decades. Poor decision to change. Furthermore, the towels/ bath towels are of a low quality, feel rough and are befitting a 2 star motel!

great location across from central rail station and bus terminal. Hotel changed names again recently and has become a cashless enterprise. Close to restaurants and shopping mall. They kept the local transit pass for one’s stay, a big bonus. Breakfast options very good and endless

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but my bed linens were not changed.

The location is superb. A few steps, and you are already at the ZOB and Wuppertal Hauptbahnhof. This makes traveling (exploring Wuppertal and nearby cities) very convenient. You are also at the heart of the Einkaufszentrum--for food and other necessities. The receptionist is very friendly and can speak both English and German well. She patiently attended to guests who came to check-in at the same time.

One thing I might suggest is adding a different type of table to the room because the one in there was a bit too small.

If you want to leave your luggage after check-out, you have to leave it in the locker at the front, which is NOT free. Otherwise, it's better to use there, because there're much more problems with locker at the Hauptbahnhof.

Very nice location, very clean and beautiful room with interior! There're so many outlets in my room. Internet worked very well and air condition worked well, too!

Because it is located on a big crossroad some times there is noise from the streets. But we went in Winter so we didn't have to open the windows. So nothing was annoying.

The Hotel is superb, the location amazing near the city centre, in walkable time almost everything, The breakfast was superb. We stayed in a room with 2 kids. They were sleeping on a sofa-bed that was opened on the floor, which was very convenient for us as our children are small and we were afraid about the height of the bed. The room was quite big for a family of 4.

There is serious problem with the system. In person check in desk software did not work so we had to do it manually after several unsuccessful attempts. Additionally, during the night (4.00 in the morning) I was deducted additional money from the credit card which was returned only 10 days after the stay. It is not clear why they reserved money at first at all (no warning about deposit or anything since everything was paid through booking). Place is great but I found this very unpleasant since amount was significant. I wrote to them and I did not receive even an apologize.

Location and rooms are great. It is nice that hotel offers lockers from fair price which is very convenient due to the location. They offer a card for free public transport during the time spent there which is great if you plan to use it.
