We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThis is not a complaint, but be aware that this is a motorway service area and that the only food available in the restaurant is McDonalds type fast food. Take care in the shower. The shower tray can get very slippery indeed with soapy water! As I found out to my cost. Maybe a shower mat would prevent accidents.
Spotlessly clean. Everything virtually brand new. Super comfortable beds. Really excellent price. Lift to every floor. Large bathroom with very good shower. Perfect overnight stop just off the motorway. Just great.

United KingdomI don't like that the room card is still not opening the main entrance like 90%of the time. It comes up red on the card reader even after being reprogrammed at the reception. It's quite annoying when the rain is poring because there is no roof above us while trying to get in
I like the location and how easy it was to check in. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable and this year the lift was working so that was an added bonus (although when I asked the receptionist moved us to the second floor from the 4th). The food was also very good and the 25%off is an added bonus!

Czech RepublicA small problem was quickly resolved. A water leak in the bathroom ceiling from an upstairs room. We were immediately relocated directly across the hallway to a similar room. Check in staff concerned and immediately apologised. It was a small problem for maintenance to fix. This episode will not stop us booking here again.
