Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe property is not close to any amenities such as shops or restaurants. You have to take a train for 4-5 stops and then walk for about 10 min to reach here from Cathedral. So you have to get food through Uber Eats or something. They have a vending machine from the 80s that accepts only coins (If you have them - otherwise at reception, you may get change for 5 euros maybe). I did not enjoy the attitude of the person at reception as she sounded a little rude to me. There is a train track just behind the hotel, so if you need quiet for sleeping - this is not the place for you. They have a TV in the room but only with a German language option. Wifi is just for the sake of it, it worked like 2G for me. I would recommend booking only in the worst-case scenario.

BelgiumHaving to pay 15€ a night for parking in the garage which is under the hotel! It's great to have secure parking but a much more reasonable rate would be appreciated. A kettle to make a cup of tea would be a great addition.

PakistanThe staff was rude. The reception lady was behaving rudely with customers. I paid for room with breakfast but no breakfast was provided. I asked the reception lady that I have paid for the breakfast she replied if you want to take the room take otherwise go. I was really surprised but I had no other option and I stayed there.
