The husband asking for a tip when leaving. Not once but twice possibly 3. Just felt uncomfortable as everything was just pleasant nothing great for the price. Must have been the location although for us it was an overnighter.

Everything was good until one of the hotel staff started yelling at us in a very rude way. Check out was at 10am and exactly at 9:59 this person started banging at our doors shouting at us to leave immediately. Completely unacceptable behavior, treating us as criminals not as customers. Don’t go there.

The worst part was the bathroom. The sink was broken so the flow of water was really strong and it wet me more than once and the shower alternate between really cold and boiling, ao it was very hard to take a bath. I found a hair in my bed and the ventilitation of the bathroom was very dusty, so the cleaning could be improved. The breakfast was just ok.

The staff was friendly. The manager speak loudly but he wasnt rude, i think it was just his way. The double room had enough space, and a door dividing the space which i think it was nice. It is very well located.

The Negatives: - The staff was very cold, rude, and lacked English proficiency—quite disappointing. - Access to areas other than your room requires your room key; if a family member is not present, ringing the bell results in unpleasant remarks from the staff. - Access to the hotel is not clearly explained; temporary parking options are not well-documented. - Rooms for three are relatively small. - Lack of amenities in the room, such as a coffee machine or water. - They do not provide a list of recommended places to visit, shops, or restaurants. In summary, while the hotel's location and certain features were commendable, the overall experience was marred by unfriendly staff, unclear instructions, and a lack of essential amenities in the rooms. Nevertheless, the excellent value for money does add a positive aspect to the stay.

On our journey back home to France, our stay in Vienna left me with mixed feelings, yet the value for money proved to be excellent. The Positives: - The location on the highland is amazing, offering stunning views. - Very close to the city center with a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. - Affordable paid parking is available. - The charm of being a family-owned hotel adds a unique touch. - The breakfast was a positive highlight—delicious and diverse, with excellent coffee.

Check-in was not smooth. I arrived at about 15:30 and no one answered the bell. Called telephone number that was on the door but still couldn’t get anyone to let me in. Only needed to wait for 5-10minutes until finally someone answered, but it wasn’t easy to wait with anxiety. My anxiety was increased because I didn’t get the answer to my enquiry prior to booking date. Maybe it was because I send the message in English but I didn’t mind to get the answer in German. Unfortunately I don’t understand German but there is a translation app!

The staff seemed to be stretched slim. On the day of our arrival I have tried calling the reception six-times throughout the day with regard to finding out more about the parking options. With 30 minutes before our arrival I received a call from a stressed out receptionist who explained in a rush about parking and breakfast time. I understand there was an emergency at another hotel. Also, the email I have sent via booking.com had never been read by the hotel team. In this email I have already asked about the parking options. At the hotel the next day, I was asked about my address and date of birth, which I have already submitted in this email to the hotel on Monday, arrival was Thursday. This felt all very much unorganised. The entrance of the hotel was dirty and looking messy (three motorbike helmets were deposited on the stairs of the entrance, a pram and plastic crates placed on the top of the stairs too)

The hairdryer was not working, the staff were shouting at you! So rude! And the bed was dirty and the pollows not comfortable, there was no lobby!
